These guys are professional, polite and do a fantastic job for a great price. We will definitely be using them for any plumbing needs in the future.

On a Thursday night, we discovered we had a break in our main sewer line under the house. We called Friday and 3D's was able to send a crew same day.
Raul and his crew arrived at our house around 11 am and didn't stop working until after dark (7:30-ish). They found the break in the old cast iron pipe and also discovered another drain was not even connected. Raul came back Saturday around 2 pm and stayed until he had the new piping connected (8-ish), so that we didn't have to go the whole weekend without water. They also came back and repaired the patio where they had to dig in. They also did not leave nearly the mess for us to clean up that some other companies have left in the past.

Called this morning. Was able to get a same day appointment. Zach and Jesse were very knowledgeable and professional. Come to find out the septic was clogged and had most likely never been serviced. I highly recommend 3D’s!

Came to look at water heater. Was not lit so he lit the water heater and blamed it on the wind. Charged me an outrageous service fee and we have had to relight the water heater numerous times since his visit. But funny thing is there has been no wind. Had another plumber come out and guess what, the water heater has a slow leak in the bottom that is keeping the water heater from staying lit. Will NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone.

We rented the portal restroom trailer for a WEDDING and this is how it was delivered to us! Their website states they are “#1 in cleanliness and offer top quality and CLEAN restrooms” These pictures I took speak for themselves. We were told they would be clean and fully stocked of essentials (toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels) and we also explained to them when we reserved them that it was for a WEDDING. The toilet paper was covered in dirt and the paper towels in the dispenser were almost out. The toilets were dirty, mud and dirt everywhere, they did not smell clean, everything was covered in a thick layer of dust and grime. They looked like they were picked up from some man camp out out in the oilfield and just dropped off to us. The entire unit needed a good power wash, and we fully expected them to be nice and clean as stated on their website. I called to complain and the lady Desiree was very defensive and told me I “needed to calm down” and that “a little dirt and dust is normal” I explained to her that it was filthy and that they knew it was for a wedding, and that they needed to send someone out to clean them or refund some of our money back. An hour later, they sent a port-a-potty guy to clean the mess. He couldn’t believe how dirty they were and that they had delivered them to us like that. He spent an hour cleaning them up for us and did a good job.
Not worth the $900+ to rent these for a special event, do not rent these for your wedding, parties, etc.

3D Plumbing sent Roman and Kaiden out of town where I work to take care of septic tank issues. Both young men were very courteous and professional. Once they realized that the business had to be shut down if the facilities were not up and running, they advised their supervisor and 3D Plumbing did everything in their power to ensure I had access to the restroom. I applaud the awesome customer service.
Roman and Kaiden were exceptional in keeping me informed along with the building owner. I also applaud the supervisor that trained Roman and Kaiden. Thank you all for a job well done.

After unsuccessfully trying to pipe in a new water pressure tank to our water well, we knew we needed to call the professionals. I’m so glad we called 3D! They were so quick and professional—explained everything thoroughly, kept the piping neat, and even stayed way past quitting time to make sure we had water that day. The price was also good for the work done and they were honest when we were accidentally overcharged. I wish I remembered the name of the two guys who came out to fix the well—they were great! Thanks, y’all for all around great service!
