Cory and his team did an excellent job on our fence! He worked within our budget and gave us a very competitive price. I had this job quoted with 2 other companies and he gave us the best price by far. They installed the whole fence in one day and installed three custom gates in one afternoon. Very satisfied with the quality of their work as well. Pups are happy to have a safe space to roam freely!

Cory was initially great and very responsive when doing the estimate and starting the project, but there were several hiccups along the way that he has never fixed. It's now been a year since he started the work and he's become less and less responsive overtime. First, there were parts of the old fence that were left on my property even though the contract included removal of the old fence. I was assured he would come and pick it up, but each time he set a date to come get it, no one showed up and I'd have to reach out to him again. To date, no one has ever come to pick up the last of the old fence. Second, several of the top rails on the new vinyl fence began coming out of place, which I ended up having to fix myself since he again never came out to fix them. Third, the latch on one of the gates completely fell off and he again said he would come out to fix it but never has. And finally, my contract was for 5 ft gates, but 4 ft gates were what was sent by the manufacturer. As far as I'm aware, Cory didn't know the wrong gates had been delivered until they unpackaged everything on the day of the installation. He let me know right away and offered to install the 4ft gates temporarily and just not secure the post so that once the 5 ft gates came in they could come back and switch them out, which I was fine with. I continually followed up with him to get these issues taken care of and he has never followed through on coming out to the house when he said he would. Finally, on 6/19/24 (11 months after he started installing the fence) he emailed me telling me the color I have has been discontinued. He did offer to refund me the price difference between the gate sizes, but I would still need him to come out and secure the posts, which he made no mention of in his email. Based on the experience I'd already had with him by this point, I contacted the manufacturer myself and confirmed with them that my color IS available to be ordered. I sent him a PDF of the email exchange with the manufacturer on 6/21/24 and asked him to order the gates asap. He has not responded since. It's even more frustrating that other reviewers confirm he's been doing new jobs for them this summer, but he somehow isn't able to fit me into his schedule.

Superior fence did a great job installing chain link fence in my backyard. The fence looks great. Adam was professional, friendly and prompt. Fence was installed in one day! Cory was great to work. Very responsive and informative with the prep work for the fence. Highly recommend!

Yes Cory I am disappointed in the fact that you didn't do something that you said you would. Does this seem wrong for me to be disappointed in that? Cory think about it. I left a 5 star review despite that let down. So I am very glad that you could admit that. The bigger issue and the reason for changing to the bad review is the fact that one of our gates did not work our dog could just push it open. I tried to call to set up a service call but you had blocked my number. Let me ask you a question. What good is the fence if my dog can just push the gate open? At that point it is a useless waste of my money. Luckily I was able to get another person to come out and repair the fence gate. I should've been able to call you for that. You do not stand behind your work and thus don't deserve my recommendation.

UPDATE: My initial review was 5 star no questions BUT BEWARE once you have paid Cory will not communicate and thus will NOT fix any issues that arise after the initial install. You will not be able to even talk to him. I have called left messages, sent texts and all of these have gone unanswered. And now I have been blocked for no reason. We haven't even spoken why would I be blocked? During the job he will promise the world and you will believe him but it is all an act. For this reason i must revoke my recommendation. I would no longer recommend using Cory. I have left my original review so you could see how happy I was. After care is important as well and Cory does not offer after care for his customers. Shame on you Cory.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I do not usually leave reviews but in this case, it feels much deserved. Cory and his crew were absolutely awesome! They are fast, hardworking, courteous and will do pretty much anything to make sure that you are getting what you want, and you are happy with the final product. If you don't like something not only, will they change it, but they HAPPILY change it with a smile on their face. They were always on time and their prices are very competitive. I would never use a different company other than Superior Fence and Gate LLC for my fencing jobs.

Had a great experience all around. From a quick free quote, to super fast turn around times, and even got it done early. Showed up today and whipped this fence up super quick and the 2 guys we working their tails off. Super impressed all around, and my dog is super happy too!
