I am so happy with my new floors! Alex and his team did a great job! Alex was very professional, he came to our house to give an estimate the day we called and even helped us pick out the new flooring. All our floors were at different levels, but he was committed to quality the entire time and made sure that the transitions between the rooms were seamless. He was very transparent about the cost and steps that needed to be taken to complete the job. The estimate and final cost of the job were exactly the same. We already have planned too have him come back as soon as possible to work on more projects soon.

Our floors are amazing! Alex, the owner, worked with us to redo an entire first floor (living room, kitchen, bathroom, entryway, 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom) as well as stairs and bonus room. The project turned out better than we dreamed!

Alex was patient as we figured out exactly what our vision and needs were and he was knowledgeable on types/quality of flooring and various underlayment needs too. (Home is almost 100 years old and some areas were previously re-done but others were original to the house.) We ultimately went with luxury vinyl for the floors and Alex made sure to help us pick one that would be durable and last us a long time. He is kind and cares how the project turned out!

He also did some tile work in our shower that turned out great!

Alex and his team are the best contractors we've had experience with. We hired them to put in flooring throughout the second level of our house and couldn't be happier with the outcome. We were skeptical of his 230+ five star Google reviews. I'd never seen anything like that before, there's always someone who complains, even if it's not justified, so that didn't seem possible. Now that we hired him I can say its these ratings are well deserved. Alex and his crew are polite and respectful (they wouldn't even listen to music while we were present until we told them it was ok). More importantly, they demand perfection in their work. There were no gaps in the seams, he addressed creaking areas of the floor and grinded down the plywood to assure an even fit. They work FAST, our floor which extended into a bathroom and our entryway was done in a weekend. We plan on hiring Alex and his crew in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who reads this review.

We hired Alex in November 2024 to remove ceramic tile and install vinyl plank in two baths and a kitchen. He and his coworker did an outstanding job. They showed great attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship. The price was per his estimate, and was very reasonable, even after the job encountered a couple of complications.
