Randomly found WellExpert through an Instagram ad. They were amazing. Within 10 minutes I had a quote and an install date for a window well cover - all through text message with one of their reps - David. The work was done by our installer - Ryan - quickly, professionally, reasonably priced, and they followed up. I didn’t even need to be home for the install! If, like me, you’ve been putting off window wells for too long, just do it through WellExpert and get it off your to do list. Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever given.

We had a great experience with Well Experts. They followed through on everything they said they would do. We had our outdoor well liners dug out and replaced, new windows installed and new well covers put on. Their work was completed on time and with a high level of quality. My husband is a very picky consumer and he was pleased with their professionalism from start to finish. We would definitely recommend them to others looking for this type of work to be done in their homes.

I met with Well experts at the Home Show in OakBrook this January and they were scheduled at my home within days. Despite the cold, they measured, cut and placed the new covers on the spot. They also cleaned out my wells two of which had trees growing in them. I thought the cost was more than fair given the service. Hats off and I would highly recommend this company.

My wife and I were looking for a company to replace our old and damaged basement well window and well. She checked the Better Business Bureau and found Well Experts. They had a A+ rating so we called them to get an estimate. I worked with Patrick over the phone for probably an hour. He had me measure, take and send him pictures and then gave me the estimate. He was knowledgeable and very patient as we worked through the whole process.
Then Mark came and measured the window and was very thorough, taking pictures for each measurement to make sure he got it right. Very quick and professional.
Then Eli came and installed the well window. He did a fantastic job! He was pleasant, knowledgeable and articulate. He was meticulous in the installation! He was amazing and did a great job!
Then Jose's crew came to actually install the new window well. They had the new well installed in half an hour and did a beautiful job. Clean and professional. Jose asked me when the cover was going to be installed and when I said Thursday (this was a Monday), he left a heavy plastic cover over the well because he said we don't know how much rain we're going to get before they could get the cover installed! Once again amazing!
Then Juan finished up the job by installing the cover. In a howling blizzard! He also did a great job, quick and professional.
All the folks working on this project were amazing! They took time to explain everything they were doing and also took time to answer any questions I had. And Patrick was there throughout the whole process, answering questions and keeping me apprised of the next steps and what was going to happen with each.
All in all, an excellent company, well deserving their A+ rating!

I never thought I would be excited over new basement windows and Wells but man these guys did such a great job with the install and the old drafty windows are gone! They cleaned up all the dust and mess and are true craftsmen. I highly recommend these guys!

I have struggled for 4 years to find a fabricator confident enough to tackle my window well dilemma. I had 3 standard window wells that everyone wanted to address. I had two that were challenging to say the least. Well Expert filled the bill far above my expectations. The finished product solved the problems and was attractive in addition. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of window well coverings. They were quick, built them on the spot. The technician was patient with our concerns
and even managed to add an extra unit we had not planned to do. Thank you Well Expert.

We had WellExpert repair 4 rusty basement window bucks and windows. While a little on the pricey side, the work was really well done. The installers were courteous and very professional. The windows look great and we can tell the difference in the warmth of the basement. Very little dust was created and everything was cleaned up and taken out when they left. I am glad we reached out to The WellExpert. They earned each one of the 5 stars!
