Bathfitters did a great job on my daughter’s old bath/shower. Their follow-up service is even better. This used to be an old shower on an outside wall. After settling, there was a small crack in the caulking. Jay came out promptly and recaulked without question and also offered a useful hint about the drain fitting. The company service after installation is excellent!

Dave did an absolutely outstanding job installing a new tub and shower in my old and outdated bathroom. It has completely breathed new life into the space. Not only was he prompt and polite, but he worked long hours to get it done and ensure excellent craftsmanship. If I could give this 6 stars, I would.

We were needing a tub to shower conversion. Not knowing the cost, length of time, and the exact process it will take to complete, we were a bit hesitate to start planning for this project. We looked at reviews for several companies including Bath Fitter, being a bit hesitate to start this project. We met sales rep, Brad B., at the Mn State Fair. We discussed our needs, concerns and how to move forward. We had another company and a contractor give us a bid for this project. We called Bath Fitter for a quote and Brad came to discuss our project with full details and cost, we signed up after that meeting. He thought we would get the shower done around the end of the month, but we got on the schedule earlier than expected. Dave was the person who did all the work to get our shower installed. He was on time, courtesy, friendly, and answered all of questions along the way. He knew I was very particular on how I wanted the end result to be so he asked me questions throughout the process to make sure we were always on the same page. He was very diligent that my safety bars were installed exactly as I needed, he made sure to cover all the details. Dave did a TREMENDOUS job! I am grateful for both Brad and Dave for making this go alot smoother than I could have imagined. My shower looks beautiful! I strongly recommend Bath Fitter! Thank you so much Brad and Dave!
