Lincoln & Issac are fantastic! This has been our 2nd time using them. Shout out to Chey! She did great work for us back in June. When that large snow storm hit our old door just crumpled. I called the morning after we found we couldn't fix it and Lincoln was right over, discussed everything with me, gave me a quote the next day and it was installed with 2 weeks. It would've been sooner but single degree temperatures were a problem, and we always want everyone to be safe. Issac did our install and while I was not home, my husband stated he did wonderfully. The price point was not bad either. We hightl recommend to our friends!

My sister hired them to replace a garage door. They Required a $750 deposit but did not complete the work. She has been trying for months to get a resolution but is getting little to no response from the owners. Understanding the company is struggling, she offered to let them pay her back in installments, or to work out another deal where she purchases a door and they just do the install. She tried to do the right thing. They just won’t. Overhead door Inc has been contacted and said this company is not affiliated with them so this is no reflection on Overhead Door as a whole. It is exclusive to the Mt Vernon Illinois “overhead door company”.

Overhead Door Company was fantastic! They came out and installed a new LiftMaster 8900 light duty jackshaft side mount garage door opener back in august. This unit has been working great and has been the best opener that I have ever had installed. This unit is very quiet and delivers a smooth up and down action when it is in motion. The installer was a true professional and delivered an installation that was above and beyond what I imagined. The cost was competitive and reasonable. The service was excellent! I would highly recommend using the Overhead Door Company as they will do everything that they can, within reason for you from A to Z. Thank you all for the help and service that you provided to us. We greatly appreciate it!!

NO NO NO!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a “business”. They required half up front and we are nearly 4 months in and I have not received my door or refund after requesting it and being promised by Rebecca to meet me with a cashiers check. I have never given a bad review in my life but the experience I have had with this company is unbelievable. Do not let them take your money! Go somewhere else. There are other ethical businesses in the area who take pride in doing the right thing by their customers. This is not that place!!!!

Owner response "God Bless" ? Seriously Are you going to do the right thing and give me the money you took for doing absolutely nothing? I even offered to your wife Rebecca 3 scenarios. One - pay me back in installments. Two - Just give us the garage door that she said you had and we will pay someone else to install it. Three - we will buy a garage door from Lowes and you come and install it and we will call it even. You would not do any of the three! We gave you $750 and you basically stole it! I tried to be understanding and offer you options to make it right but you could not be a decent person. I have never dealt with a business or people like you.
