This company is fraud And you can’t get a hold of their office and they’re very unprofessional because they rather text you versus call because they don’t want to hear the truth. I was purchasing a water softener as well as the fence through them. The finance company reached out to me and asked me what service was I have been installed. I told them a fence and a water softener. They asked me was all the services 100% complete. I told them no because we were waiting on HOA to approve the fence. They told me that we couldn’t go forward with the financing until everything was complete and I agree because I sign the contract for $10,850 + 14% interest. Ivan reached out to me and told me to give them a call because there was an issue. I reached out to him. He said that the finance company said I want to cancel the services which that was not true. I told him about the conversation that I had with finance company. He then say oh that’s the problem. I was supposed to mention the fence only the water softener because the finance company doesn’t finance the fence. They will only finance the water softener so on the finance company end it showing I’’m only purchasing a water softener and no fence. He asked me could I call the finance company back or write a letter and tell him it was a misunderstanding so then I would be lying about the contract I told him I didn’t feel comfortable lying about it because on the finance company and it shows just a water softener they were willing to give me documentation saying that I purchased a fence and a water softener mind you I still don’t know anything about the fence or I don’t know if HOA is even gonna approve it so if HOA didn’t approve what I want it done I will get a price adjustment but how can I do that if I already signed the contract and the finance company only know of the water softener.Ivan and his wife kept trying to convince me to keep it so I reached out to the office that Friday no response also left a voicemail. I text them on Monday. They finally text me back later on that night as If this the 1st complaint they ever had I told him we can schedule a time to come pick up the merchandise when I’m available because they already rushed me into the water softener to have that installed the gentlemen, come to my house on Wednesday night roughly 8 thirtyish to remove the water softener out the inside of my house when we have a hurricane watch is about to hit and you are knocking at my door this time of night. Ivan then send me message he’s gonna get his attorney involved because I refuse to release the merchandise which was not true. Me and the gentleman had already discussed. He can come on the weekend to get the merchandise from the inside of the house , thank God I recorded the conversation between Ivan and his wife as well as the text message from the office which may be Ivan and his wife because it’s listed under the LLC. Whoever the person was that was texting me from the office I said yeah and I never even heard anything back about the fence. He then stated oh Ivan said HOA didn’t approve it but we can give you the white fence for the same price. What a coincidence now all of a sudden I discussed and I got the answer that Ivan had already knew. So thank God I didn’t sign because Only person would have been stuck with it is me. And not to mention, the finance company also have a recorded line so our conversation was recorded as well ? I will gladly post to text messages among us if anybody feel they need to see them as well as the recording.

Sorry since I couldn’t reply to your reply, this Vonticia again everything I said, I stand on it I i’m not trying to play victim or harm anything first off The conversation in the text messages speak for itself I told Ivan as well as his wife over the phone I no longer wanted the merchandise unfortunately I’m just not your average customer who’s gonna be a yes ma’am and yes, sir again only merchandise I have is under the sink and nobody’s gonna come to my home at 8:30 at night to remove anything and I’ve been said Visa text message which you have proof as well as I do. We need to schedule a time and a day that I’m available for them to come get it. And that’s not what happened he just showed up at my door And the gentleman who came out last night, can even vouch for the conversation we had he would come back and pick up the merchandise under the sink this weekend when I’m home Definitely don’t have A personal disorder only conversation you ever heard me speak about God is when Ivan told me I was missing out on a good deal and I told him unfortunately that’s OK because if it was in God will it she’ll be done so this is how I know. I’m speaking Ivan, and yes I do serve a awesome and a mighty God. Now you all have a blessed day.

This system is great. Elvis our rep is amazing. He explained and demonstrated the system soooooo well. My Mommy said he should be a science professor.
We are going to enjoy this. So happy and satisfied. We definitely will enjoy the system. My family will feel so much healthier not ingesting bad elements I our body. My husband and I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Gilberto at our home, and we are delighted to say that we are completely satified with the water purification system. He was very patient to show us the terrible quality of water that we have been using, something that we noticed was wrong since we first moved to the state of Florida because it had a strong smell of chloride and it felt rough on the hair after washing. All I can say is I feel plenty of difference since we had the system installed and we are very happy with the results.
