Do NOT put a credit on your account here. I was told it take 6-8 WEEKS to a refund when my child was unable to continue going to this facility due to an unexpected situation. The first person I talked with had quit without talking to any other management so I had to bring it up again when I found out a month later which just extended the time I was spent waiting. Then I was sent to a higher up when I inquired even later after bringing up I was still being charged for services I wasn’t receiving and it had screwed up my account. I was very confused and while the person I talked to on the phone was nice there has still been no resolve almost a year later and I am still owed the credit on my account. I have never missed a payment and have always had credits on my account when I had to put my boys in daycare, and to say the least this was a first. Never mind the bullying my child had to go through because they don’t check the ones that are doing the bullying and are only getting after the ones getting picked on once they get tired of it and react or feel they have to take charge because the teacher doesn’t feel like a reliable adult to the child. There was even a teacher that had previously worked there that made fun of my child when he got in trouble. Was there anything addressed? No. She had already been close to her last day. Some of the teachers there are phenomenal, but the overall experience when it came down to it has left quite a bad impression. Do with that what information what you will, but it’s the ONLY place I’ve taken my kids where you have to wait THAT long for a refund, and has had problems like that with bullying.

I’ve had my three children attend Childtime throughout the past 8 years and we’ve been very pleased. We’ve always had a positive relationship with the teachers and staff and our kids continuously talk about their amazing teachers. My older two children (8 and 7 years old) both still love to come back and visit their daycare teachers when I pick up my youngest who is 3. We love having the camera system so you can check in on your child anytime you want and the teachers are often spotted doing various learning activities throughout the day. My youngest goes to pre-k next year and hopefully will get to be in Ms. Sia’s class who also taught my older two children. I am a teacher and appreciate how well prepared my kids are for their transition from daycare to pre-k to elementary school. I highly recommend Childtime of Kennesaw!

I needed drop-in care and my employer found this program for my 5month old who had never attended public daycare before. I was super nervous and apprehensive, but this place is amazing. From administration to the teachers everyone was so caring, friendly and positive. They really made me feel comfortable and my baby seemed to love it as well. I watched him almost the entire day over the cameras and all I saw was the teachers giving him love, care, and engaging play with the other babies. The teachers always posted pictures updates throughout the day and were quick to message me back if I had a question. This daycare is a true gem!

DO NOT RECOMMEND PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW. My 3 year old son went to this school for about a month. This was his first time in a daycare setting due to me being a stay at home mom so of course I was nervous to send him to a school. My son of course cried the first week of school which is to be expected, but when watching the cameras none of the 3 “teachers” that were in there paid him any attention. They let him cry for 2 whole hours. I then told the teacher he needs adult interaction and he may need guidance to get more comfortable with being in a new place and around new kids. Nothing was done about it. The teachers just sit around all day while the kids watch a tablet or play. There’s no teaching going on at all. Once in a while the teacher gives them a paper to color, takes a picture with the tablet and uploads it so the parents think they’re actually having fun. Another issue I had with them was the cleanliness, my son peed his pants everytime he took a nap even though I continuously brought him a pull up and told them he needs one for nap. I watched on the camera a “teacher” took the bedding off of a cot my son peed on and never cleaned it off, just threw it in with the other cots. The kids don’t have their own cots so whoever used that cot the next day was laying in my sons pee. Please if you want your baby to learn and feel welcomed and loved DO NOT send them here!

My son had been going to this school since he was around 6 months old, he's 5 now. We moved out of state when he was 3 but he was still going for summer school when he visits my mom. My mom came up there to register him for summer school like she does every year and the lady answering the door, Akeelah or whatever her name is, was very rude. She wouldn't let her past the second door (maybe the policy has changed on that idk) and when my mom inquired about registering, she cut her off in a nasty and short tone: "we don't start that until may". We've seen lots of employees come and go and several directors. Maybe she got mistaken for a NEW register but if we were, being professional to a potential new family should be important. Then I called to speak with someone about this and I asked for the director. A lady said she was there, shes in charge with an attitude. I had a feeling she was the one my mom encountered since she had an attitude so i asked if she was also the one answering the door right now and she confirmed she was. Teach this lady some manners because my child won't be returning. 4 years of doing business with yall down the toilet cause an employee doesn't have home training. We aren't going to beg yall to take our money. He's now registered elsewhere. I tried to send an email and handle this privately but I got no response so here we are.

Everyone has their opinion. My opinion on the care that now 2 year old daughter and my 6 year old son (during the summer) received is nothing short of amazing. I don't know how this daycare was before May 2022, but since then we have really enjoyed it. My daughter has grown so much since putting her there. She used to only sit with one person, but now she is much more social. She is also learning so much with those around her. I happen to believe they teach as well as letting them play. I also believe they keep them safe and that this location is clean (it always smells and looks clean when I go in). I also love that this location has video streaming and the location itself is very convenient for me. I recommend this daycare to everyone who needs one. We will be putting our son there as well.

Terrible customer service, poor communication, and they are always referring to their handbook which we requested three times. Overall, I don't believe the kids are learning anything and no one owns up to their mistakes. This is one of my worst experiences ever, I made several complaints to corporate but I do not see any changes in the staff's behavior. Lastly, I noticed that most staff members are not polite and lack professionalism. My suggestion is for staff to be more organize, have better communication and own up to their mistakes.
