I experienced an urgent issue with a roof leak, causing water to seep into an upstairs closet in my home. Terrence, who seems to coordinate all contractor appointments at Robinson & Sons Roofing & Remodeling, was impressively efficient and supportive in arranging a prompt visit. Brian was initially dispatched to examine the roof and mend the area he identified as problematic. Upon a more detailed examination, he discovered several other areas on the roof that might potentially need repair - one of which he fixed as part of the initial service. Regrettably, the initial repairs didn't fully solve the leak. When I contacted Terrence about this, he was able to send Brian back the next morning to further explore and rectify another part of the roof. They didn't request additional payment, and Brian was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. My roof is now completely leak-free and I'm beyond pleased with the service I received from the team. They also provided a follow-up estimate to address other issues discovered, and I absolutely plan on engaging them again for additional roof work in Austin.

We needed a total roof replacement and reached out to Robinson & Sons Roofing & Remodeling. Don't second guess it, our experience was simply outstanding. Prior to making a decision, we received five different estimates. The first one was from Robinson & Sons Roofing & Remodeling as Melvin responded promptly and visited us the following day to take measurements. He excelled in communication, providing clear explanations about the work required without adding unnecessary charges (like fees for removing each layer). The other estimates couldn't match this level of service - Robinson & Sons Roofing & Remodeling offered the most competitive price for a licensed and insured business. We wish we'd concluded our search sooner! While the project was underway, the team, including Brian and Terrence, were courteous and professional, ensuring the area was tidy at the end of each day. We also asked for a skylight to be installed in one of our bathrooms, which they managed to complete for a nominal charge. This was one of our first major home repairs and we weren't sure what to expect. But, we are certainly glad we chose Robinson & Sons Roofing & Remodeling. Thanks to Melvin, Brian, Terrence, and the rest of the team!

We couldn't be more satisfied with our roofing experience. The roofing project involved a complete transformation of our home's frontage, a full gutter replacement, and a brand new skylight installation where there wasn't one previously. From the outset, our interaction with Ezra was marked by excellent communication. Even though there were anticipated delays in the supply chain due to the pandemic, we were constantly updated. Ezra, Brian, Melvin, and the rest of the team showcased an exceptional level of professionalism and commitment to the roofing work being done on our house. It genuinely felt as if they cared about the quality and final result of their work as though it was for their own home. Knowing that our roof would need replacing within the next few years, we began our search for a reputable roofing company when we discovered a leak near our skylight. That's when we came across Robinson & Sons Roofing & Remodeling, highly recommended by many. We weren't disappointed with our choice! Terrence, a professional and patient team member, was there for us every step of the way. He initially assessed the leak and provided us with an estimate, then meticulously explained the entire process, complete with images for our understanding. He answered all our queries with patience and thoroughness. The subsequent process was smooth and efficient. Terrence even provided us with a sample board of roofing material colors for us to choose from. He was readily available via email, text, and calls to answer any further questions we had. There was a minor issue when their supplier left a divot in our lawn and didn't coordinate the material drop-off properly. However, by the time the roofing job was completed, all these issues were rectified, including the lawn divot! I would definitely recommend Robinson & Sons Roofing & Remodeling for their exceptional service and professionalism!

I'm absolutely thrilled with the roofing job that was done on my house. The communication was exceptional: quick, straightforward, and precise. The work was finished just a week after I agreed to and returned the quoted estimate, which was impressively fast, beyond my expectations. In just a single day, my roof was completely stripped off the two layers of shingles, any damaged sheathing was replaced, and the new shingles were installed perfectly. I haven't spotted a single nail anywhere on my property - Brian, Melvin and Terrence did an outstanding job of keeping everything clean and tidying up afterward. Apart from my stylish new roof, you'd have no idea that I just had any work done, which in my view, is the best outcome for a homeowner.

Numerous homes in my neighborhood suffered hail damage from a storm. Initially, I engaged a different company to evaluate my roof, however, their damage report lacked the necessary detail. Upon the recommendation of my insurance agent, I reached out to a particular roofing service and Melvin was assigned to my case. He came over and carried out a thorough inspection of my roof, identifying extensive hail damage. Melvin met with the insurance adjuster and climbed up onto the roof during the assessment to help corroborate the damage. After the claim was approved, Melvin returned with a comprehensive selection of materials and color options. We were impressed by the samples and decided to switch up the color of our roof along with our other choices. We were notified of the installation date and on the day of, the team arrived punctually and prepared the surroundings of the house with protective tarps. The removal of the old roof was accomplished in roughly an hour and it was amazing to see the team synchronize the cleanup and the transfer of materials to the roof. All the vents and flashings were replaced and a snow/ice shield was installed around the roof's edge, all valleys, and utility penetrations. The team wrapped up by the afternoon, the quality of their work was flawless. The cleanup of all old roofing materials was outstanding, leaving no nails or debris anywhere. Having installed shingles on multiple roofs in my younger days, it was enlightening to observe the crew work so professionally and effortlessly as a team throughout the entire procedure. We are thrilled with the new color of the roof and have received several compliments. I wouldn't think twice about recommending this roofing service to others. Excellent job!
