Wow! We had a wonderful experience with NextGen Windows. Victor did an amazing job coming and explaining the process and quality of the new windows (ask for the demo with the heat lamp). We had old windows from the 50’s and they got everything ordered and installed within two months.

Jacob (Project manager) is beyond amazing and helpful. He is wonderful with communication and has great craftsmanship and really got the job done right. We are beyond thankful and so happy with the entire experience with Next Gen. I highly recommend them. They also had good prices compared to other places (Home Depot). We love to support local and support small businesses and Next Gen is the way to go.

Nex-Gen Windows and Doors are fantastic! We needed to replace a couple windows due to 2023 hail damage, and my husband accidentally flew a rock at our glass sliding door last summer while trimming the backyard, breaking one of the tempered panes. We researched Nex-Gen Windows and Doors, and due to the stellar reviews, BBB rating, along with a great offer on what we needed done, we chose to work with them.

From start to finish, the team we worked with, Kevin in Sales, Jacob - Site Supervisor, Mitch, the installer, and Karla, in their office, were great people and provided exceptional customer service. The job was completed professionally and to our satisfaction. The staff was there to answer all our questions and ensure everything was done right.

I needed a new door asap. I had an awkward size to fit. Next GEN made it such an easy process. The installation went so well. Jacob, the project manager, and his team were beyond professional. They replaced the door while I wasn’t home, and were completely trustworthy. I had an issue with my screen door a few weeks after the installation, and Jacob came out himself to fix the issue the same day. I’m so grateful for Next GEN.

Very professional, quality work and the process was easy, my wife and I had the representative from NEX-GEN come down and show us their products. Once we picked what we wanted, someone came back out for the measurements and to order the windows.
The crew that installed the windows came to the house prior installation and introduced them selves. Shortly after they came in the house and made sure the covered every room they were working in with plastic on the rugs, blankets and even the path from the front door to where the rooms they were working in.
They made sure that everything was clean, they made it that no one would of known they were even here.

Disappointing Experience with Scheduling

I reached out to inquire about their services and schedule an appointment for an estimate. Unfortunately, I was unable to book an appointment because my husband could not be present during the meeting. While I understand the importance of involving decision-makers, this policy felt rigid and unaccommodating to our circumstances.

It’s disappointing that potential customers are unable to move forward simply because of scheduling conflicts within their household. I was ready and capable of discussing our needs and making decisions, but it seems Next-Gen prioritizes their policy over customer convenience.

I hope they reconsider this approach to better serve busy families and individuals.

Luckily , Window World and Renewal by Anderson are companies that value flexibility and trust in their clients. They both are willing to provide me with an estimate!

The installer was excellent! He worked so hard the two days he was here, and his work was impeccable. The financing was difficult to work through, and we were passed from person to person over several days. I would have given 5 stars for everything if it wasn't for the financing trouble.

I cannot say enough good things about NexGen! From the moment I contacted them for a quote to the departure of the installation crew, everything was amazing!

We recently bought a new home, which badly needed an upgrade from the 29 year old wooden windows that were starting to fall apart. We ended up doing an 11 window project with NexGen after having a few different companies come out, and I'm so glad we decided to go with them. They have quality products, very competitive prices, and superior customer service.

Vic came out to do the quote. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He was so helpful with the entire process of choosing the right products and design decisions. I didn't feel pressured or pitched by him at all, which was a relief after dealing with some other big name companies that constantly harass you. He was also very respectful of my home and took of his shoes when I asked.

The installers, Eduardo and Noah, were phenomenal! They were so respectful of my home and cleaned up so well after themselves. Again, we are a no shoe household; both Eduardo and Noah took off their shoes every time before stepping inside and they were just so considerate of all my requests. Not only were they incredibly respectful and kind, but they were both obviously very skilled and knew what they were doing. They did a beautiful job and are definitely assets to the company!

We had 90 degree heat on the day they finished installing, and I could already feel the difference in my home with the new Anlin windows. My home feels transformed and I love my new windows!

We had our bathrooms renovated. It was beautiful and it was done efficiently and under the time they first estimated. Mike was expertly knowledgable and professional, courteous and efficient.
