Good experience with quote and install. Salesman wasn’t pushy, took information over the phone, sent a detailed quote via email, and was competitive with other quotes. Wow!! Brody and Jake are the best installers I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They were incredibly efficient and installed a quiet cool whole house fan in our home. The fan and wire installation in the attic was super cean and tucked away nicely.

The insulated duct from the attic fan to the 36”X14” intake vent was very unobtrusive and looked amazing where they placed it. The controls for the fan were put in a professionally strategic location that was out-of-the-way and easy to get to. From start to finish, they took the best care to protect our home throughout the installation. I’ve been a general contractor for many years and seeing people like this, that care about other peoples property is very meaningful to me! I would have these guys as my go to for anything else I would want to have done. Jake and Brody are awesome!

I used CHS for VELUX sun tube installation. They communicated really well, let me know what my options were after the assessment. Great price. Once they were done, they cleaned up like no one was ever doing any construction. I was impressed. I was able to immediately have friends over as planned for that day.

This is our second install with CO Home Services. Carl and his partner did a fantastic job installing both an attic fan and a whole house fan in our new (very old) home.
