We dropped by a local UPVC specialist for a back door which had some delicate considerations to fit to our home. We were warned that we would have to do cosmetic follow up works at our cost but they would send their top fitters to install to keep them as low as possible. Luke arrived from LE Installations and did such an outstanding job as I've nothing else to do and no further additional costs. He made it look like he was never there and our broken door is now replaced with a state of the art one as if a Jinni clicked their fingers. Top marks for his supplier for their measurements and quality product and both of them are defo a winning combination.
We're immensely happy and have asked Luke to cost up additional installation works we would like done in the coming year.
Luke came across as very considerate and also very knowledgeable. He's spotted things we could benefit having done and also pointed out worries of ours that are simply fine. It's so hard to find honest skilled people these days and Luke is a very rare find indeed.
I highly recommend.

After a frantic morning; with a sofa being delivered at 7.30am that couldn’t get through the door, a few calls later and Luke was at our house within 20 minutes! He took out our front window to help us get it in! We needed two new windows anyway so due to our experience with Luke here asked him to quote! Luke was good at communicating and making suggestions, advising us if we were quick we could be done before Xmas! He turned the quote around quickly, and with our quick response we had two new windows installed today with him and his fitter Craig (12 days after first meeting him!) great work and lovely guys! Clean and tidy and a fab job with our windows! Highly recommend!

Excellent !
I had 7 windows replaced and from the very start the communication was excellent . He turned up when he said he would and the quote was sent through quickly with a very competitive price .
An installation date was agreed which was convenient for both of us and the windows were fitted to a very high started (he’s a bit of a perfectionist) . I felt very comfortable with Luke in my home and he also had to tolerate my dogs being in the house at the time .
The windows look excellent and he also cleaned up after all the work was completed .
I’m so happy with his work that I’m having a quote to now replace my patio door .

Luke came and measured my windows and he turned up when he said he would. The windows are superb quality, so much better than my old ones and come with Fensa 10 years warranty.Luke is polite, has great attention to detail and tidied up once he had finished. I would highly recommend LE installations, if I could give 10 stars I would!!

The work carried out by LE Installations was of the highest standard. They replaced all of our windows and installed two French doors at the rear of the property with one set of doors requiring a section of brick work removing, all done without any significant disruption or mess and to a standard above that of what we had expected. I called luke to give me a quote on replacing some window hinges and handles plus some work on my existing conservatory roof which wasn't a small job.he was very prompt in responding and we are very happy with the quote.the work has been completed which we are very pleased with . Luke was on time and kept to his promise.All cut offs and rubbish was cleard and luke cleaned any marks off glass and repairs to handles Would definitely recommend LE instalations.
