Ray is great. We have been using him for the last two years, we’ve had a lot of work done. Pool heater fixed a few times, a TON of copper pipes replaced after leaks/frozen pipe nightmare, water heater replaced, and a whole water softener system put in. He’s the only plumber I will use. Very honest guy and does very honest and GREAT work.

Ray, Sorry to wake you prior to 6:00 am on a Saturday morning but you answered the phone and came to our aid fast when our furnace stopped on a 14 degree morning. Cost for an emergency service was amazing. I know what should have been charged by others and your service and commitment to get my furnace going was 1st class. Thanks for keeping my family warm!

Ray is a thief. I pre-paid for a part almost a year ago and I still don’t have the part and he’s refusing to give me my money back. I am currently in the process of suing him.. Money has been tight since my husband died, and he knows that and he took advantage of me. But I won’t stop until I have my money back. Even if it means a sheriff sale

Very reliable heating and plumbing company. My heater and hot water tank had went out at same time. I called up a few places in my area and Ray was able to respond and help my family and I out of a big jam. He replaced my water heater and fixed my heating in the same day. He was very reasonably priced compared to the other companies in the area. I would highly recommend Ray's Heating and plumbing to anyone in need of repairs or looking for remodeling work or new construction plumbing. Thanks again Ray you were a life saver

The first time I contacted him he came and was great he took apart my dryer and promised to come back and put it back together when we got the part we needed. That wS over a month ago. Weve had at least on two seperate occasions did he promise to come and did not show up . My husband had to drive 4 hours one way for him not to show up TWO TIMES . Its extremely unprofessional.. just be weary when contacting this guy.

If I could give 100 Stars I would!!!! This is the story with Ray. We bought a house three weeks ago, and when we got there on a Friday night, boiler kept acting up. No Heat, 5 degrees outside, to make everything worst, it turned into a Saturday and no one was picking up. Ray did!!!! And he said I will be there but please just let me finish one job, because I gave my word to these guys that i will be there and then I head out straight to your house... guys, my house was 1 hour away from him, in the middle of nowhere . He comes to the house takes care of everything, and stays another 1 hour explaining to me and my dad how to take care of the boiler in the future. He walks us outside, tells us everything we need to do and maintain proper heating. Please please.... call this guy and stop wasting your time and Money with guys dont know what they are talking about,
But charging you an arm an a leg. At the end he says call me anytime, this is my job!!!!

Called on September 29th, a Wednesday, to have our natural gas furnace cleaned, was told he would call after 5 because he was on a call, no return call. On Friday, October 1st I called again, he apologized and I totally understand not enough workers. Made appt for 9:30 the following Saturday morning which was October 9th, no show, no call. I tried calling in Saturday. Got his voice mail, mailbox full. Called again on Monday, October 11th, left a message, here it is Tuesday, October 12th and have had no call back. How can anyone get 5 stars when a business shows no respect, consideration or regard for potential customers? I cannot refer any business that does not put their customers first.
