Love this family business! They’re always so friendly, polite and helpful. The pricing was extremely reasonable and they did a great job in our townhouse, including the many stairs. Will always rebook with A Magic Wand!

Highly recommend them! Very skilled, knowledgeable and professional in their work. Excellent customer service. Cleaned sofa and two chairs, using very little water (looked like a couple of litres to me), learned they use very little water to clean carpets in the house as well (less than flushing a toilet two times).

It is with sincere gratitude that I offer this review to A Magic Wand Carpet Cleaning, and the team of gentlemen Darcy & Troy.

Firstly, my carpets have never been cleaned more impeccably, than by the team of A Magic Wand. They managed to rejuvenate my carpets back to life, where I thought they were beyond disrepair from my pets. They are now impeccably clean, and look brand new. Plus my house smells amazing! They managed to lift the pet scent leaving an aroma of freshness!

Secondly, these gentlemen were incredibly professional, yet, personable. Arriving promptly and offering impeccable service!

Thirdly, they offered their services by giving back to the community in support of a nonprofit organization, donating their time in service to a great cause.

I am so grateful to have received the services of A Magic Wand and I’m thankful to Darcy and Troy for giving their time, impeccable service and support with a smile!

Excellent service- knowledgeable, fast, the ultimate professionals while still being approachable and kind. I was so appreciative on how they handled my questions around their products as I am auto-immune and quite sensitive to a lot of cleansers. I didn't react what-so-ever and there is no fragrance so I didn't end up with a headache either. They are excellent with dogs and we will be recommending them to everyone! Thank you so much for the excellent job. Our carpet looks brand new!

Called to get info and asked what equipment they use as I am very knowledgeable in equipment and am looking for a specific brand to be used on my carpets, and I was told "that wont mean anything to you" come on now. Sell your equipment, sell your product. Boast about it. After all it is your quality branding, and in any case could of made the sale. I sure hope that was not the owner I was speaking too.
