Hatsoff to we clean pro’s team and owner. I hired them to do a deep cleaning of my 2800 square foot house and I must say’s this is the fabulous job. Well communicated , respected , hardworking. And I already hired them again for biweekly cleaning .
The girls deserve big tip and I hope I made them happy by tipping them.
While booking the service Priya give me all the information and set the expectations.
I recommend we clean pro’s who need a good detailed cleaning at good price.

I used we clean pros services. The team is efficient and they know how to clean.
I entered in a disagreement with the company manager Priya because I shared the fact that I was disappointed due to the fact that her team was not able to clean properly some areas using fragrance free products as I requested due to risk of allergies. Her team had to ask me to use stronger products (more chemicals) in order ro get rid of some stains. I mentioned to Priya that I wished this was explained to me during our initial phone call and she kept cutting me and yelling at me. I told her that hanging on clients is not a good practice when in business. But she explained the fact that she knows her clients and knows what kind of clients are difficult (a very racist statement). I asked her if she could give me a discount based on that disappointment so that I can become a regular client. Priya, started yelling at me telling me that she can't give me a discount and even insulted me. She ended hanging up on me. Then, she came at my house where I tried to explain to her that what she did was wrong but she did not listen to me and keep pressuring me to pay, which I did.

I do not recommend using the services of that company. Priya needs to learn how to respect clients and how to share her disagreement without yelling and hanging on clients.
