We were very disappointed with the cleaning service. We called to have our home cleaned and they sent us 2 men to do the job. don't get me wrong, 2 men might be able to do a good job but not these guys. One of them was totally inexperienced and cleaned as if he did not want to be there. The cleaning he did was so inadequate that the other cleaner had to tell him to go over it again. My wife was getting very frustrated and had to show him how to do a better job. She eventually did some of the work herself. One of our problems with all this was that we paid for 2 people for 4 hours but one of them was a zero and the other had to take some of his time to re do the first guys job or show him how to do it. Another bigger problem was that a product that was being used was leaving some permanent stains on our brand new re finished hardwood floors. The more experienced guy tried to remove the stain and also called the owner to see what could be done to remove the stain when nothing was working. Nothing worked so we asked the owner to come have a look for himself and although he also tried to remove the stains, they did not come out. Since then we asked for a reasonable compensation especially since we just paid a lot of money for our floors. He did eventually offer to give our money back for the cleaning but I was not satisfied with that. He has now totally washed his hands of things because he has not returned any calls. I have tried to reason with him but he doesn't respond. If I were you I would look for a better company that actually trains their employees.
