I haven’t seen such a bad service in my live. I booked an appointment, after they came to my house, during our conversations they got anther call and left without doing steam my carpets, I believe if they get more money somewhere else they don’t care about customer. They are not able to communicate in English and you have to call their office for everything.

First time - Beautiful job! We had a tiles & grout cleaning in a student rental house. They went from looking extremely worn and grimey to looking like new. The white grout regained its natural colour! Very reasonable prices.

Second time calling Steam Force. Again, beautiful job and outstanding service! They made significant improvements to a tired condo stairwell, the cleaning job was excellent & thorough. We also had grout cleaned & again, great job!

Steam Force was difficult to set up an appointment. I had to email and phone a few times to get it all set up. I wanted my tile grout cleaned and sealed. I had to measure the square footage of my rooms on my own to get a quote. It would be easier if the company could come and give you a quote for better accuracy. The team arrived on time, and texted in advance, which was nice. When the team arrived, they could barely speak English and there was quite a bit of confusion in communication. I had stipulated in advance which areas I wanted sealed, but the team seemed not to know or understand this. They also told me they could not clean natural stone, despite the fact that I had specifically asked about this in advance. The team seemed to take good care in wearing booties in my home and covering corners so as to not have damage. Unfortunately the cleaning simply did not really work. At the maximum, there was a 10% improvement in the grout. Areas around toilets that are urine stained were not improved at all. I was given a 30% discount, but overall, I simply could not recommend using this company for tile grout cleaning.

Hired this company to do tile and grout cleaning. The outcome was amazing and the floor looks almost new again. They were able to schedule an appointment within a couple days and the service was quick. The employees were kind and professional. Would definitely use them again and would recommend their service.

Steam Force arrived on schedule (and texted when they were on their way.)
The two men who did the work were very friendly and professional. The grout on my kitchen, hallway and bathroom tiles had all darkened with grit but cleaned up beautifully. The 14 year old bedroom carpet now shows better than it did but I think the guys did all they could do for such an old carpet.
I would definitely call on Steam Force again and would recommend to anyone looking for their grout or carpet to be cleaned.

Great service!!
They came at the scheduled time, quick response, efficient and the end result was fabulous.
We had smoke and odor damage in our house and thought my carpets needed replacing, but not now, they look clean and the odor is gone.
I will definitely recommend this company and will use their service again.
