Furnace and heat pump installed. Varun was great, meticulous attention to detail. Highly recommend the Aido team. Shout out to Kanika for great communication with the various scheduling requirements and filling out forms etc. Hung Vang and his apprentice dropped by to ‘fettle’ the system. Great job guys!

Contacted Aido for a leaking water heater. Long weekend with bad weather. I explained issues and sent photos to supervisor who provided an estimate for installation of new tank and removal of old tank.
Advised on approval that could have team at my house Tuesday morning. I was provided written estimate and was contacted every step of the way.
Team arrived when they said they would and were courteous, polite and did what they could to keep the dirt to a minimum.
Very satisfied with the team and their dealings with me.

AIDO is essentially my saving grace. I have had no hot water for almost a month now because the previous rental company provided the worst possibe service and did nothing for me. AIDO then came along and got the job done plus more. I appreciate all the tedious work and effort the technicians put forth, I know my unit isn't the biggest space either. They were very open and helpful with answering questions and allowed me to observe and be apart of the process. The overall experience was pretty efficient and quick and they were able to get alot of work done. It was more expenisive than I anticipated but I now have a functional new electric water heater and water softener.

I brought the Aido team into my home in June 2024 to help with a failed AC. They were very comprehensive and helping us build a solution that met our needs and budget! The entire team was extremely knowledgeable and professional in getting the work done and answering all of my questions. Out of the 4 companies I had come to quote out a system, they were the only ones that took the time to do a full evaluation of the house, inside and out, and make the best recommendation for the current system and also how to improve things for the future. Aido is my new "goto" company for the services they provide.

As I ended up getting both a furnace and AC, I wanted to wait to add my review for after we had the furnace running consistantly. Everything is operating like a dream!

Jon was great servicing our Bosch tankless heater. He was friendly and took the time to explain the process and also did a softener and RO drinking water test as well. Highly recommend!
