It was fast and delivered same day but the arrangement is very sloppy versus what I ordered. Not a happy customer. This was an arrangement for a friend's loss and they took it literally on the arrangement. I won't order from this business again.

My dad always told me that it’s not about if businesses make a “mess up” but it’s all about how they fix it!

On Feb. 14, I called to confirm that an order was sent out on Feb. 13 because I had not received any word from the recipient. Apparently, they had been having issues with their online system and my order wasn’t sent the day prior. Michael was incredibly apologetic. The business was closing in about 45 minutes and said that all the drivers were gone for the day. Instead, he quickly made the arrangement and hand delivered it himself.
I was very grateful. Businesses are like people—not perfect at all times—but seeing his intention to make things right really made a difference to me!

Usually the flowers aren't open yet. Lilly was missing a flower and they were fully opened. Poor arrangement. Card was for an anniversary not birthday.

Received another beautiful arrangement from All In Blooms through 800 Flowers ! The HOLIDAY FLOWER TREE MERRY MANTLE arrangement is perfect for a December birthday & my mom is delighted. Harder to put up a larger tree anymore & this is no ot only a great addition to her smaller trees collection but it is the Outstanding tree. Quality flowers & nice selection of greenery & decoration. My aunt received a gorgeous floral “birthday cake” for her 90th birthday complete with cake stand. Everyone thought it was real. We took it to the restaurant celebration and the server warned the kitchen they had a cake to cut. What fun. The flowers lasted more than two weeks.

had flowers sent to me were delivered on a thursday at 11:30 am (time supplied by florist) were left on the front porch. didn't ring the bell ( I was home since I had surgery the previous day), didn't call or text. The arrangement was found on Saturday afternoon almost dead. Really deserve 0 stars

I have received five beautiful bouquets for this company. My boyfriend has a bouquet delivered to me every time I get back home from a trip. The flowers are always so pretty and they make me so so happy!
