Wow all I can say is that I cannot believe I have been drinking from a Brita this whole time! I got Aquatech Water installed during quarantine when there weren't any water bottles available on shelves at grocery stores. I have saved so much on not buying bottled water! Jose did such a clean install and the office girls were so quick getting me on the schedule. Ive recommend Aquatech to all my family and friends! Thanks again!!

Our office has had an amazing experience w/ Mark and his team at Aquatech! Shiela came to our office and was extremely professional and knowledge as a sales rep. She was able answer all of our questions. Based on the figures she gave us we would save approximately $150 per month. At that point the savings made too much sense not to proceed.

The owner Mark then came to our office and installed our new cooler. As a small business ourselves, the level of service we experienced was top notch and greatly appreciated. We recommend anyone who is using a water delivery service to switch their business over to Aquatech so they can get clean purified water at a fraction of the industry cost. I've had Aquatech Water Systems in my home for 10 years. Never had any problems with the taste of the water or any issues with the equipment. They are on time every year to change the filters and a new tank when needed. May I add that they are now using American made filters that really make a difference. He discussed different models and accessories and how he would replace and install our new unit. I decided to also replace our R/O system as well. I just had the most horrible experience with this company. My name is I will not recommend to NO ONE! I hope others get a better experience to be honest. I went with them because of my work place we have this water but never though I was going to get the most horrible horrible experience. I wanted to have them do my house and my mothers house who lives 2 blocks from me. I had scheduled an apt for new service, received a text message to confirmed the time. I am a human and make mistakes but apologize if I need to. I missed read the time on the text message instead of 8:30-9:30am I read 8:30-9:00am. So I left for work and could not wait. Their office calls me a horrible lady who did not let me talk. I apologized for the miss- understanding. She immediately with an angry and sarcastic voice assumed that I did not wanted the service anymore. I was getting ready to tell her that I was going to try to go back and she hang up on me. Just like that, she hung up on me. I wanted to call back and speak to a manager because I did not deserve her attitude and the horrible customer service she has. Sometimes is just not worth to give people like that our business. I did not took her name but she knows who she is and the company also knows. Very disappointed. She hang up on me with out letting me talk and try to re-scheduled. Is this how you treat your customers? Wow.

Wow this was an overdue review...I signed up our office for their water system back in 2012! Our entire office is very pleased with their equipment and the periodic services provided. Pricing is very competitive & most importantly their staff has always been very professional and prompt to all our requests. Kasey is always fast to respond to our emails & we greatly appreciate that. =)
