I was extremely impressed and will definitely be a repeat customer! Isaac arrived on time for a furnace tune-up, fully prepared to work. Unfortunately, my furnace was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. He quickly made some calls and had a new unit delivered within two hours.

While both technicians were installing the unit, I let my dog outside, unaware that their trucks were open. My Great Dane took full advantage and helped himself to their lunches! Of course, I immediately bought them lunch and apologized profusely. Despite the unexpected interruption, both guys were polite, professional, and took it all in stride.

They did an amazing job—thanks, guys! Keep up the great work!

I’ve always had great experiences with Augusta Plumbing & Heating, but Joseph has truly set a new standard for excellence. He went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue with our water heater that had been ongoing for over 4 months. While other technicians had been unable to pinpoint the problem, Joseph took the time to carefully read through the installation and operation manuals, and within just one hour, he successfully diagnosed and fixed the issue!

We had the guys from Augusta Plumbing come and replace a leaking water heater with a new tankless and shortly after that they came and put in a toilet in for us in our basement. Top to bottom, we had great service! Most impressive was that we had several different people on the 2 projects and every one of them were professional, kind, approachable and knowledgeable. Several technicians from Augusta Plumbing serviced me on November 13 and 14. What started out as maintenance on my furnace turned into a necessary (and rather urgent) installation of a new furnace. I decided to replace my aging water heater at that time, too, They worked very long hours, explained what they were doing clearly and did excellent work. There was a change I requested in the placement of an item and they were very responsive. They went above and beyond.

In addition to the excellent and high quality work, I felt as if all employees from the person answering the phone to the technicians themselves were knowledgeable, customer-oriented, patient, kind and caring. I cannot praise or recommend them more!
