I called B and E about an issue with the water line to our refrigerator. They were out here within the week even with it just being Christmas. The man that came over explained everything very well and gave us different options to choose from in terms of how to fix the problem. Overall, the customer service was great and the job was done way quicker than I was expecting. If I have any more plumbing problems I know who I’m calling!

Lucas did WONDERS for our plumbing issues. I don’t know all the logistics, I just know we had a pretty urgent need and he came to our rescue twice AND fit us into his very busy schedule. He did a big project, coordinated all the tools he would need, and completed it in a very reasonable time! His prices are amazing and I would pay even more knowing he WILL always give quality care and not cut corners.

Our hot water heater went out and I tried calling every plumber in our area and B & E was the only place to even answer the phone. Not only did they pick up the phone, they were here quick to install a new water heater and had awesome, fair prices. 10/10 recommend for any of your plumbing needs.

Call Lucas if you just found out you have a plumbing problem and you're an anxiety filled person that's maybe way too caffeinated and now you're having a complete panic over the situation. He definitely put my mind at ease with his confidence and kindness
We called with a complicated plumbing problem towards the end of the day, and so glad that he was able to come out the very next day. He was knowledgeable, kind, quick, and confident in his work. If I ever need someone again he will be the only one I call.
