Difficult to schedule appointments. For the most part only available on Saturdays. Multiple cancellations. Installed some smoke/CO2 alarms that were wrong. Over-paid. It took forever to get a refund for the difference in cost. Reimbursement check bounced. Notified Boom, but no response. Also had a problem with the doorbell/camera connecting with the app. Requested technician who installed the to come and fix. Would not.

Such a great experience working with Madelyn and Chris! Madelyn got me set with a home security package that fit my needs and got me scheduled for installation with Chris. Chris was incredibly professional and took the time to explain the setup process and how to use my new system. He made sure I understood how to properly arm and disarm my system, use the app, and he even gave me a little quiz to ensure I got it down! I always appreciate when businesses go above and beyond with customer service. I feel like both Madelyn and Chris truly care about the customer. The whole process from sales to installation was professional and smooth and I feel safe in my new home. I would definitely recommend this business for your home security needs!

I don’t think I have ever had better customer service! The technician, Chris M. Was so fast! He was very professional and knowledgeable! Chris explained the system completely and showed us how to use the equipment and made sure we were able to use it properly, before he left!
If all the technicians are this good, I absolutely recommend this company!
Let me not forget about the sales rep...
Madelyn P. was so very friendly and helpful. She knew her product and had us set up for installation within hours.
Overall, just a great experience.

Chris was great! Quick install and easy to understand explanation of the system. During install, he noticed an additional part was needed so he wouldn’t have to drill into our brand new siding. He took the time to come back out to finish the doorbell and made sure he was quiet so as not to disturb my newborn who was sleeping. 10/10.

Chris is patient, professional and very knowledgeable. We bought a new house and his expertise and attentiveness in assisting with our understanding the system, helping us set it up on the app, and his attention to detail have exceeded our expectations. Additionally he has been very kind during moments when 3 workers show up at once and has provided his services with a smile and understanding. We highly recommend doing business with this company, they are reliable and thus far have done everything we have needed in the limited time frame we had, as we do not live here full time. Chris did an outstanding job during our install. He thoroughly explained the system to us and made sure we understood how to operate the system as well as the app. We needed to replace our Ring doorbell and Chris made a second trip to our house to do this for us. I highly recommend Boom Security and Chris!

I’m glad that Madelyn was the first one to knock on our door with her trainee! She is wonderful! Madelyn was informative and made sure that we got the right security for our new home. She did not pressure me into signing up! A +++! Not like other services ? After signing up, she scheduled us for installment with her team technician, Chris! Chris is wonderful too! Just like Madelyn, he was informative and would confirm before installing our cameras on “where and how we preferred”. He showed us how to work our system step-by-step. When we finally got our WiFi, Chris came back and installed the rest on our home with no hassle. Oh! Communication with Madelyn and Chris was up to par! Loved how they follow up with our WiFi status and would respond to any concerns I had ? I would recommend both Madelyn and Chris to get you started on your home security!

Chris was amazing . My husband and I are extremely big on customer service & we couldn’t have asked for anyone more polite, knowledgeable, and caring. He made sure everything was to our liking, double checking after each install.
We wouldn’t recommend any other service!! Between Madelyn and Chris their customer service alone makes ADT(BOOM) worth it .
