We had booked brantford cleaners to do the final big clean of our rental unit after renovations and prior to our tenant moving in.
We called and made an appointment a week before for the following Friday and explained that we needed a big clean and that even with multiple people it would likely take a few hours.
The following week we waited for the cleaners to come. 30mins past our appointment, then an hour and still no one came and no phone call.
We began calling and no one picked up. Eventually we got a hold of someone and they asked if we could reschedule the appointment as something came up. We said that wouldn’t work for us as we had the tenants moving in and we hadn’t planned for hours of cleaning as we booked the cleaners to do this.
Eventually someone came by to “look at the house” to see if they could do the job on the day we booked them. They said they could and that they’d come by at 12:30-1 (3 hours after our initial apt time).
Two cleaners came and cleaned for an hour and a half. They are very lucky I was at work and that my husband was handling things at home as I would have not paid them.
They did an absolutely horrible job and cleaned nothing.
We needed a deep clean. Cleaning the window sills, the stove, the fridge, inside the kitchen cabinets, the baseboards scrubbed/cleaned, paint cleaned off of things from the renovations. As we explained when we booked.
I actually don’t know what they did for an hour and a half because they left it so unclean I’m unsure what they could have been doing.
I ended up leaving work and calling my family and friends to come and clean for the next 5 hrs to have it ready for the tenants to move in.
Very disappointed. Do not recommend using this company.
I have attached photos to how I found the house after they let us know they were done with everything.
This company caused so much added stress and last minute scrambling when all we wanted was to have the unit cleaned and one less thing to worry about.

Lucy got a team of professional cleaners who are always ready for professional cleaning with emergency requests also.

She did a wonderful job with my emergency requests, and she cleaned the whole 4 Bed/ 4 bath house within 3 hours same day.
