I purchased a very large window and had it installed from this company. I was told there was a warranty. Within a year and a half the window had separated and has fog in the middle. I contacted Colorado window and door. I had to get the window sent to some other business. I have verified two months ago that the window is there. I set an appointment for reinstallation with Colorado window and doorand they want to charge me. Apparently only the window not the labor is covered under the warranty.. Ok, I set an appointment and had to text them that morning to see if they were coming. I was told they would be here after they picked up the window. Then I receive a text that some other company would have to put it in, and that they were talking to them. I’m guessing it’s the place where the window was delivered. A week later, no one has contacted me at all for window replacement. I do not recommend this company. I paid over $3000 for this window. It’s separated quickly and now I can’t get any service. Seems they are more interested in selling a product than having a good product and good service.

Happy to share my 5 star experience. I had windows, stucco and painting done after the hail storm of 2018. I was so impressed with the crew that worked on my home. They were very clean and my house looks terrific. Elke managed my project and she helped me throughout the whole process and guided me through some important decisions. My house looks incredible. I am happy customer and highly recommend Colorado Window and Door.

We needed to replace three 40 year old basement windows. From initial Sale visit to installation everything went smooth. Sales person presented options and we were able to pick and choose the type and style of windows and manufacturer we wanted. Windows arrived within their estimated time period.
Installation went fast even if they had to work out of cramped window wells. I highly recommend Colorado windows and doors.

Made an honest estimate of the work to be done, and accomplished as expected. Weather is always an issue for this kind of work, but we had only a minor delay due to that. Work was very much what we wanted and we love the look of it. Had windows and stucco done. The windows make a huge difference in the noise level throughout the house and the drafts from the old windows are gone. The stucco is wonderful and the colors are perfect for us. The ability to choose a color is fantastic.

We love our new windows, ordered through and installed by Colorado Window & Door Company. We do think, however, that the install could have been just a bit cleaner (some of the caulking was pretty rough) and I wish they had thoroughly cleaned all the windows better (some sticky residue from labels was not removed).

We had a fantastic experience with getting new windows and doors. Our salesman offered some unique ideas for our older house. The installers were very friendly and got the job done quickly. The doors and windows were also reasonably priced. I highly recommend Colorado Window and Door.

What an excellent experience!!! After hearing others in the Pueblo community complain about the lack of response from area vendors or not even showing up for an estimate appointment, I chose to do some research in the Colorado Springs area for a reputable door and window company. Luckily for me, I found Colorado Window and Door Company! From my first call with Jenn who provided excellent customer service, to my sales rep David who was very thorough and informative about both the slider and window products I wanted to purchase, and finally, to the installers Joe and Ron who knew exactly how to get the job done, I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Colorado Window and Door Company for your top-notch service! I am looking forward to making my next appointment to order a few more windows later this year!
