"Derek est excellent et connaît son métier. Il a été assez gentil pour discuter des possibles problèmes avec mon interphone le WEEK-END Cela montre un niveau élevé de soin client. Il est arrivé pendant la semaine comme prévu, et j'ai passé du temps avec lui pendant les réparations et j'ai été un peu impliqué dans les tests du système avec lui (vérification des réponses du combiné, me rasant la porte d'escalier alors qu'il s'occupait de la partie électronique des choses. Derek is great and knows his stuff. He was good enough to chat things through with me regarding possible issues with my entryphone AT THE WEEKEND! That shows a high level of customer care. He arrived during the week as planned, and I spent some time with him during the repairs and got somewhat involved with testing the system with him (checking handset responses, shaving the stair door as he dealt with the electronics side of things. He's an interesting and very personable man. Price was also very reasonable. I will continue to use him in the future.

Derek fitted a closer to the main door of our tenement in March 2024. High winds caused the fittings to loosen, so I contacted the company to arrange a repair. Derek was punctual, responded promptly and surprisingly made the repair free of charge, explaining his work was guaranteed. A very rare pleasure to deal with a good natured, competent tradesperson!

Excellent service. Derrick was responsive with replying to my messages and arrived within the time window he gave me. Our job required various faults being mended for a combination of nine different flats; Derrick managed to mend them all within a 2.5 hour window. He’s obviously very knowledgeable about all manner of intercom systems, including Victorian tenement properties like ours. Prices were good value too. I will definitely contact Derrick for any future intercom issues in Edinburgh.

Derek gave really helpful advice when I called him on a weekend which could have saved the cost of repairs. When he was then required to come out anyway, he came and did an excellent job, saving our block and neighbours from the disturbing noise that was coming from our buzzer panel on a Sunday night and saving a "damsel in distress"!

Derek was sharp and efficient, correctly guessed the fault cause in advance, replaced the intercom amp, and additionally identified which flat had left their handset off-hook. Friendly and very helpful, definitely recommended.
