We hired Elixor home cleaning services for our move in cleaning. They showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. The house was thoroughly cleaned and was sparkly. Even though I requested for move out cleaning at last minute, they managed to provide a staff for cleaning.

Ke and his staff did an excellent job on a deep clean required from a recent renovation. From floor to ceiling, the unit was left spotless. They were very professional and took great care while completing their services for a low price.

Elixor was hired to do bi-weekly cleans. I had a fair experience with Ke and his team for the first few cleans. However, after a scheduling issue, I never heard from Ke after I asked to rebook. Then the following bi weekly 7am appointment, they did not show up to. For the last 3 weeks I have tried emailing, texting and calling them with no response or follow up call. It is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I have never had to leave a google review like this but I am truly disappointed with the lack of communication.

UPDATE: another user had a similar experience to me, where we had scheduled monthly cleans which went well and after one reschedule, they never showed up for the next scheduled clean. I have texted and called with no answer. I will change my review if I receive an answer, but as with the other user, I doubt it.
