This company lives up to its name in every way. Due to being a former indoor air quality consultant I had a specific upgrade to my home HVAC in mind which would combine the use of one of the newer ERVs by Braun that uses a MERV 13 filter on the fresh air intake, and then mix that air in a new plenum with the Phenomenal Aire in-duct ionizer. I talked with five HVAC companies and only two of them understood what I wanted or was willing to do it. Brad at Five Star had already done the type of installation I wanted, thus he was very easy to work with. He made some helpful suggestions and I ended up replacing all my old ductwork as well. The results of the upgrade have been extraordinary. I am delighted with my new air quality and the subsequent improvement in my health and vitality!

The previous company that I had come out twice could not fix the issue and quoted me an obscene amount to replace the coil in my attic or upsell me to a new unit when the coil was not the problem, it was too much freon in the unit nor was the unit.
