I called Andrew to take a look at my 30 year old garage doors which were well past their useful life. He was out the next day to review and provide a price. I thought his price was very fair for 2 new doors and we made arrangements for install the same week. I'm super happy with the product and install of these new doors. I recently purchased two garage doors from Grand Enterprises. They were a pleasure to work with. I shopped around and no one could even come close to their price; no haggling either! Andrew was kind enough to hold my doors until my garage reno was ready, then a gentleman named Boris installed my doors. He worked all day and was professional, courteous and extremely neat! I get so many compliments on my doors, they were the finishing touch to my home's exterior! I would highly recommend Grand Enterprise; easy to do business with and the greatest people to deal with!!!

Andrew the owner gave me the estimate after coming out the following day. Best pricing for the best products with no hidden up charges. Boris did the install, 2 doors side openers, the whole job solo on a really hot day. Was neat and friendly and worked through a few problems along the way. All in all great job, I only recommend Andrew for anything garage door related.

The owner, Andrew contacted me right away but was not pushy when I did not return his call because we changed our minds on new garage doors and decided to fix the ones we had. I contacted a few other places once we decided to proceed and they wanted a fee just to come out and give a quote but Andrew not only did not state we had to pay for a quote he also fit us into his schedule to stop by the same day being he was a couple of towns over already. He gave an honest assessment and even put the repairs in order of importance in case we wanted to break up the work as to not have it be too much in one repair. He explained everything and gave itemized pricing on the spot. His prices are fair and reasonable; he even saved me money by changing the battery to the keypad and showing us how to set a pin instead of selling me a new one when we thought it was broke since we never used it in sixteen years. Andrew fit our appointment in a short window we gave him to complete the work and his guys came on time and went straight to work. They were very friendly and professional; they repaired everything beautifully and Boris walked me through everything before leaving making sure I was comfortable with the work they did and even told me how to maintain the garage doors since we did not replace them so they last longer. I highly recommend this company and their staff for an honest assessment and quality work.

After looking at multiple choices to replace my garage door opener, I chose Grand Enterprises. and I was very happy with the finished product. I was so pleased with the results that I had them replace my second opener without even looking around for other companies. Good communication, showed up at the agreed time. very neat and clean.
Explained the options with the system by using one key pad for both openers.
I highly recommend Grand Enterprises to complete your job.
