Sharon Henderson and her team have always went above and beyond for any mobile or manufactured home I needed them to take a look at. I'm a real estate agent around the Cedar Creek Lake area in Henderson, Kaufman & Van Zandt counties. Anytime I reach out to Sharon or her team they make it an effort to get a on-site inspection scheduled within 24-48 hours on first contact. They have saved a many of deals for my sellers and buyers. I would say more than reasonable pricing as well for all the work they do! I've had conversations with other retrofit companies and they charge so much just for an on-site inspection before any work is even done. As long as GulfTex Retrofit, Sharon Henderson & her team are around, I won't be using anyone else!

Working with Kelli was fantastic and I’m so glad I got the opportunity to receive her help. I firmly believe she’s the reason my family will be getting into our new home before the closing date. She was highly motivated to help me get through the whole process as quickly and efficiently as possible. I’m glad I did research before settling with Gulftex. Thank you so much, Kelli! You’re an incredible asset to this company. ?

My husband and I had work scheduled to be performed by Gulftex, but due to unexpected circumstances we had to cancel. The owner was understanding and kind to cancel on such short notice. And initially working with Crissy and then later Kelli was a nice experience! Crissy was professional, kind, patient and courteous in setting up the inspection appointment. Kelli was very helpful and SO knowledgeable! Kelli, too, was prompt in corresponding with us as well as courteous!

I highly recommend Gulftex. I am a real estate agent in East Texas, and they got my client on the books, scheduled us for a week out and got the job done in one day. That is HUGE in the TEXAS market!! Not only did they complete the job, but they gave me a free estimate. I cannot say enough good things about this company!!!

If it weren't for Kelli Garcia, we don't know how we'd get our retrofits done! She has not only taught me a world of information but she's the most patient & fun person to work with. Huge kudos to whoever hired her ~~ she's a keeper!! Thank you Kelli :-)
