Terrible service, poor quality, they sell custom, but give you stock. Update…..Don’t forget, in addition to the poor installation, There is a trip hazard trying to get out of the door. Terrible service and stock response from owner just like the STOCK door that was installed.. We will be replacing this Door as it was not customized to fit our patio door. Anyone that has a question on this can ask to see pictures. Provia may be a good company but a rep from PROVIA told us that Homebuild didNOT order from them directly, because they customize everything which clearly they do not customize based on our measurements. PROVIA doesn’t even show that you ordered directly from the manufacturer . These are stock windows, which have much less glass than previous. *** Word to the consumer, Diana was very nice until after the order is installed…. We were told these were custom windows , Clearly, they are not because they’re installing stock windows and then filling in the gaps . We have had multiple people out who have all said the same thing . Take your pictures… Buyer look elsewhere. This company did not deliver according to our specifications. We will be replacing this horrible door. Also, as an FYI, Nobody has seen what type of work you’ve done from the inside as nobody has been in the unit , hard to Evaluate the product when you haven’t seen the inside. Once again, Buyer be AWARE of this horrible company. The owner did nothing to replace this unsatisfactory door. ?
