I got first class treatment from Kathy and her entire team. The blinds are stunning and were perfect perfectly fitted. Their installer was incredibly efficient as well as being friendly. And he cleaned up after himself!

jim and his team were very easy to work with. we wanted top down bottom up shades installed on eleven of our windows.

great recommendations were made by jim's team prior to purchasing the shades. many options were presented using salesperson samples so we knew exactly what we were going to have on our windows. we chose the graber cellular shades.

a couple of days later a team member came to our house to do a custom/technical measurement of all the windows we were getting shades installed.

the shades were ready to be installed within the week they were promised. installation was carefully done making sure we were ok with the way the shades worked. very efficient install.

we love our new graber shades. the color and fabric choices enhance the look of the rooms. great color matches with the walls and window frames!

timely follow up and promises kept by installations by dc! first class operation!

Ordered shades & Julia was excellent in helping me determine what would look best in our living room. Unfortunately the valences were too large & our French door would only open to a 45 degree angle. Julia remeasured and new valences were made. The door now opens to a 90 degree angle. Hopefully this will work as I really like the shades. Julie recommended a door stop to prevent the door from opening further than 90 degrees. Will keep you posted.

We were very satisfied with the design and installation of shades on the first floor of our home. Carolyn Allen is a professional consultant who worked with us on our design goals and budget. We have three young grandchilden so we are pleased to replace our corded blinds with child-safe cordless lifts.
