I would give this place a 10 star if possible! I called because my air was out and three other local companies that had looked at it kept saying I had to have an entirely new unit but wouldn't schedule dates to do it. I had no air conditioning from the beginning of July to September due to lightning striking my unit. I reached out to J & R and spoke with the very kind secretary and the next morning the tech called me back. They came out to my home, to see what needed to be done. The technician was very friendly and was very professional. He was shown my unit and an hour and a half later said for me to turn the air on. I was shocked! He said it is fixed. I said no way. I turned my unit on and it was working great! They not only responded quickly, came out quickly, didn't try to rip me off, but fixed it when other companies couldn't, and they were also super friendly! I will ONLY use them for any heating and air needs! I highly recommend this company! They are also locally owned and operated and that is a huge plus! We should always try to support our local businesses, especially since they are the best!
