On day 1/photo 1: Geoffrey was an excellent tech. Limcan sent over a tech, before the schedule appointment, at 11:30am when the appointment was for noon. It’s freezing cold today, and they’ve been prompt and professional. Geoffrey was kind and courteous. Insightful with feedback and recommendation for my filter. Event suggested some renovation advice to help me understand how to better manage and maintain my unit. Limcan was referred by my realtor Sri Lankeswaran of Remax Community.

Day 2/photo 2: after spending a night under piles of sheets, I called and followed up with Limcan and spoke to Helen. She was prompt in ensuring I would get a call back regarding parts delivery timeline. Long story short, Stephanie called me back and ensured a generic part would get to me, until the proper part came in from north Caroline. The price remained the same and I wouldn’t get charged for the multiple tech visits. Davage was wonderful. Patient and excellent with his work. Looking forward to updating this review when the proper part arrives. Bright side is that our home has heat 🙏🏾 after a blizzard.

Day 3:

Once the new part arrived Bryan was swift and professional with installation. He even showed me where the furnace switch was. In no time, the part was installed, and my furnace is up and running. I even got further information on how frequently I should be changing the filter.

5* for Geoffrey G. Furnace stopped working at 9PM, googled a few local companies and settled on Limcan. Geoffrey was professional and knowledgeable, easy to talk to and most importantly patient in explaining what the problem maybe and what he was doing to fix it. He stayed until he was confident the furnace was running well. Booking an appointment online was easy, they kept u up to date with text indicating appointment is confirmed, when tech was on way and an introduction to your tech. For management, the link sent does not actually allow you to track tech, you should consider including pic of tech on intro text, receptionist could be more empathetic.

Had a Limcan technician out to troubleshoot issues with my furnace. Easy to set up and book, excellent communication with this business. Unfortunately the 20yr old furnace had to be replaced and was unable to be used, not ideal in January. But Limcan had someone out to discuss options and provide quotes, once I had made my selection they found a crew to come out Saturday morning and less than 24hrs later we have a brand new furnace and air conditioner, excellent installation, fantastic crew and very happy overall with the experience.

Carl Valentine and his assistant Jakob arrived at the appointed time and completed their duct cleaning job in a very professional and timely manner. They treated our home respectfully and cleaned up in all areas they worked in. Carl was able to explain was what done and also showed us the results of his duct cleaning. Both gentlemen were very courteous and did an excellent job. I would strongly recommend to reach out to Limcan if you need any heating, cooling or other professional services done in your home.

We had Ted come out to assist with our leaking furnace and he was fantastic. He arrived early which I loved, was very kind and polite, wore his boot covers and got right down to work. He was able to diagnose our issue and repair it with ease.
