I’ve used a few cleaning companies before and never truly satisfied. Cleaning companies charge a lot of money and usually aren’t worth it in my opinion because the deep clean is never deep. I was very satisfied with the service received today. They did a fantastic job and left the areas they were hired to do sparkling, very clean and organized…the standards you’d expect for the price. Thank you to the two ladies that came through last minute!

DO NOT use these people’s services. They came to my home and broke my $1200 mirror & took absolutely 0 responsibility saying it was my fault to have a floor mirror that wasn’t hanging!!!! It’s a floor mirror and it has been there for 4 years with no problem!! Their staff didn’t even complete the job, made a complete mess of my home and they asked me to pay ahead of time $700 for 5 hours of work & I should have known better when they asked to pay ahead of time. They knew their staff will mess up somehow clearly!! They are not to be trusted into your home, be aware. These people are thieves & liars!!!
And the sales guy Zed he is the biggest scam artist, tries to convince you to pay more and ahead of time. This company should be canceled and sued for the way they treat clients.
I will be posting screenshots of the conversation with the management soon so you have an understanding how horrible these people are and what kind of excuses they make for their unacceptable services.

BEWARE: the 1-2 star reviews all seem to complain about the same pattern of behaviour!

We paid more than $800 for two cleaners to clean our house for five hours. When they arrived we told them to prioritize the upper and main floors of house. They spent 3.5 hours cleaning 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that were already tidied with surfaces cleared. They never finished the job upstairs and then went to our basement while ignoring the main floor and all of our primary living areas. I think this was done intentionally so we would be pressured to pay them for more time to clean what mattered most to us. We paid extra for blind cleaning and never received the service.

We complained with pictures and specific details but were told that we should have paid for more hours instead. They said our complaints are not included in the service. I have highlighted the services we did not even receive on the upper level that was allegedly completed.

The last picture is how they left the toilet paper… that’s right folks, for $800 the cleaners won’t clean your house but they will unnecessarily waste their time making your toilet paper look fancy. I feel very SCAMMED by this company.

Two stars because what they actually did clean looked reasonable (aside from their poor quality vacuum that left behind little bits!)
