Our kitchen, which was stuck in 1987, has been transformed with sleek European model cabinets, a modern farmhouse sink, and beautiful new floors. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding.

The response is pretty quick when I called, and they were able to stop by my house within the same day. The repair involved a section of the gas pipe getting replaced. It took about a week to fix everything including patching up the drywall. They also cleaned the area, so it would not be a mess when they leave

My service tech Jason Arola was incredibly professional and upfront about what charges and costs. He's patient and goes above and beyond on how to file a warranty claim. I needed new pop-up drains installed as well as a new cartridge for my shower handle. What's great about Jason is that he works clean. You would never know a plumber was in my house except for things working properly now.

Cost wise might be a bit pricey for some but having everything working in the house as it should without the added time and effort to do any clean-up afterward is well worth the price personally. If you do choose to go with Plumbing Method, I highly recommend you request Jason as the tech that responds to your service call. He even wears booties before entering your home.

I’m sorry to say that I did not have the same 5 star experience with this company as other reviewers have had.

I give credit to the fact that I called for an emergency for my business on a Sunday after 6:00 and technicians showed up within an hour. That is about the only credit I give them. The two technicians that arrived were professional upon arrival. After that, professionalism went down the drain (Which at that point was the only thing in my business going down the drain ) They said they would assess the problem and give me a solution. I walked away to tend to business but during this time I heard laughing from the technicians and I immediately had a gut feeling that something was off. After a couple of minutes. I was given my options - snake for temporary and jetting for more long term. The prices were absolutely ridiculous even for a weekend and after hours. Each time I left to discuss options with the owner I could hear laughing between the technicians. I ultimately sent them away because I felt they were taking advantage of the situation. Prior to sending them away one technician tried negotiating prices and went down practically $600 in 2 or 3 attempts. The discrepancy in prices is too much. Not honest and couldn’t give me a breakdown of any sort in terms of cost of price of work done, labor, weekend fees, late hour fees etc. This is completely unacceptable. I called else where where I was given a much more reasonable quote upon inspection and went with them instead and didn’t have to walk away each time to discuss with the owner with the sound of laughing and talking in the background from the technicians.

For extra information, I am a female. I’m not saying that is the cause of this unprofessionalism. However, I am stating that I FELT like being a woman was a cause of this and of course, in addition to other factors (weekend and after hours) did lead to this lack of professionalism.

So, just a cautionary tale. Consumer beware. Especially on weekends and after hours.
