We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Plumbing Method in Chino, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! Our kitchen, which was stuck in 1987, has been transformed with sleek European model cabinets, a modern farmhouse sink, and beautiful new floors. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. A special thanks to Jason, their talented plumber, for his expert work, and to Sonya, who coordinated everything flawlessly. We also want to recognize Samy, who did an exceptional job as our contractor. His attention to detail and dedication really shone through. If you’re considering a kitchen remodel, Plumbing Method is highly recommended for their top-notch service and fantastic team!

Plumbing Method is an absolute lifesaver! As a pregnant woman dealing with a stressful water leak, I was overwhelmed until I found them. Anita and Cori, the owners, showed incredible compassion, expertise, and care, managing everything from start to finish. They handled the plumbing, water mitigation, and even worked with my insurance, taking all the stress off my shoulders. Their integrity, efficiency, and dedication to their customers are unmatched. I truly don’t know how I would have gotten through this without them. For anyone dealing with a plumbing emergency, Plumbing Method is the only company you can trust to have your best interest at heart. Thank you for going above and beyond!

“I had the absolute pleasure of working with Cori and his apprentice Nathaniel from Plumbing Method, and I cannot recommend them enough! They came over to fix a plumbing issue, and their professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail were remarkable. Not only did they complete the job with excellence, but they also went above and beyond by installing a new garbage disposal at no additional cost. Cori even took the time to explain what he was doing and showed me how I could handle similar issues in the future—something I’ve never experienced with other plumbing companies. What really impressed me was their genuine approach. Instead of rushing for payment, Cori made it clear that building a strong customer relationship and showing their commitment to the customer’s wellbeing was the priority. He was more interested in proving the quality of their work and character than in collecting money right away. It was such a refreshing experience to deal with professionals who put people first. If you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable, and personable plumbers, look no further than Plumbing Method. I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!” This reflects your service philosophy and showcases the exceptional experience you provided.

The response is pretty quick when I called, and they were able to stop by my house within the same day. The repair involved a section of the gas pipe getting replaced. It took about a week to fix everything including patching up the drywall. They also cleaned the area, so it would not be a mess when they leave

I’m sorry to say that I did not have the same 5 star experience with this company as other reviewers have had. I give credit to the fact that I called for an emergency for my business on a Sunday after 6:00 and technicians showed up within an hour. That is about the only credit I give them. The two technicians that arrived were professional upon arrival. After that, professionalism went down the drain (Which at that point was the only thing in my business going down the drain ) They said they would assess the problem and give me a solution. I walked away to tend to business but during this time I heard laughing from the technicians and I immediately had a gut feeling that something was off. After a couple of minutes. I was given my options - snake for temporary and jetting for more long term. The prices were absolutely ridiculous even for a weekend and after hours. Each time I left to discuss options with the owner I could hear laughing between the technicians. I ultimately sent them away because I felt they were taking advantage of the situation. Prior to sending them away one technician tried negotiating prices and went down practically $600 in 2 or 3 attempts. The discrepancy in prices is too much. Not honest and couldn’t give me a breakdown of any sort in terms of cost of price of work done, labor, weekend fees, late hour fees etc. This is completely unacceptable. I called else where where I was given a much more reasonable quote upon inspection and went with them instead and didn’t have to walk away each time to discuss with the owner with the sound of laughing and talking in the background from the technicians. For extra information, I am a female. I’m not saying that is the cause of this unprofessionalism. However, I am stating that I FELT like being a woman was a cause of this and of course, in addition to other factors (weekend and after hours) did lead to this lack of professionalism. So, just a cautionary tale. Consumer beware. Especially on weekends and after hours.
