Read some good reviews about them and some bad. But went ahead with the idea that it’s not possible to please all and gave them a try. They were quick to respond even on weekends. They were fair enough with their charges and stick to it. They arrive on time. That’s it, it all ends here. The cleaning leaves behind too much to be desired. They do not come with supplies so how can one expect a good job if supplies aren’t there. I had to call another team for cleaning again after they left.
I would better pay someone a bit more charges and get help from them rather than paying twice for the same job. To everyone their own but this is not for me.

I can't say enough good about this company. I had to reschedule an hour before they were supposed to come out and complete a clean. Muz rescheduled, hassle-free. Muz and his team were punctual, professional, efficient and did a wonderful job. Great service, friendly people and well worth the money. I would not hesitate to recommend them! Thank you, again!

Just used princess clean for the first time on a rental property. The crew was fast, efficient and did an amazing job. Muzenje was great to deal with on the phone and in person . He came out viewed the property and had his team cleaning in no time. Five stars fast efficient, reliable.

I am yet to receive their service. I am booked with them for coming Thursday. But I wanted to leave a 5 stars for the way Muz talked with me. I have been calling a few cleaning services around the town. A lot of companies do not know what customer service is. Before anything they talk about money. Muz stands out as he assured me of the service and how the process works. He assured me of a cleaner apartment before the payment. Had princess cleaning come to our house to clean for the first time. Very professional and punctual, notified us when they were able to come earlier than expected. Very efficient and reasonably priced. Will use them again in the future. They restored back all the cluttered items very neatly as well.
