We had the pleasure of speaking with a very pleasant young lady (Paris) about a question we have. We, now have a technician scheduled for this Friday to inspect this new water softener and reverse osmosis system which we absolutely love. Since installing this new system, we only get hot water for approximately 10 minutes while showering. Our question is: Is this just coincidence or does it actually have something to do with the installation, itself!? I have replaced both of the water heating elements to no avail. Hopefully We'll get the answer to our question on Friday, then we can move forward with knowledgeable information.

The work that the company does is terrific. I had no clue that my water has been so dirty! Not only will I now have clean water running through my house, but also cleaning products such as body wash, shampoo, laundry and dish detergent, and so on. Bonus for their scents. Also, Hanna is the best! Best customer service I’ve encountered in a very long time. She really took her time and went over everything in great detail. She even went out of her way to help my daughter with getting a job with the company. Someone give her a raise immediately, she truly deserves it. Such a great spirited young lady.
