I purchased a water treatment system for under my sink over two years ago it cost me well over $2000 for the system little did I know that the parts and labor were completely outrageous. The cost for the Filters run about $300 not including the delivery charge for the filters then you have an additional $250 for service for them to come out and reinstall it, if you move which we did, then they charge to come out to redo the installation plus the filters with all that said out-of-pocket we spent about $2600. With the new system you cannot buy the filters online you are forced to go through rain soft and they charge you a ridiculous amount.

Just had their FULL system installed. I have no water pressure in my home now, and my 18 month old water heater (that was BTW professionally installed by licensed electrician) only gives lukewarm water. I’ve reached out multiple times and was told that’s my problem. Also— the ozone machine they connected to my washer and disconnected the hot water; my clothes looks dirty after washing!
This matter will be escalated to the top and reported accordingly to the necessary bureaus.

Horrible company!
Because of the high cost of their parts plus labor, and the poor customer service of the company installer personnel in previous services, I decided to replace the filters myself. My surprise was when I started looking for the filters. I found that the only place to get them was/is in RS or Home Depot, and the filter cost alone is superior to an entirely new piece of equipment from other brands with more stages! Then I decided to replace the entire system with a new iSpring with 2 more stages (5 total vs. 3 of RS), getting a better filtration, saving $130 today, and getting the peace of mind that the next filter replacement will be a LOT more inexpensive. The life span of the filters is identical in iSpring vs. RS. There are other good brands, too.
Additionally, I made the mistake of purchasing the filters in RS at $333. Then, I changed my mind, deciding to replace the entire system under the sink. I then returned the RS filters, realizing they charge a restocking fee of 20 % and getting only $266 back! But, the new equipment cost me only $201, filters included...

Water system is great for the home and installation was quick and painless. I was shocked to see the nasty water that was drained out of my plumbing when the filter was installed. My family and I are very much content with the clan water we note use for our home.

Just horrible they need to be very clear about the replacement of filters i have everything written down since they like to play Russian-roulette I stop referring them simple because they are not honest and whomever they are sending has rep lies about the loan and interest rate. If you take the loan you end up paying double the loan no matter what you purchase, and once they get their money you can forget getting and assistance or talking to anyone until it's time for that serviving of filters. Lesson learned do your research and most definitely read the reviews it saves you the headache of using this company so call bait and switch.

Doy una estrella porque no puedo dar cero, que al final es lo que se merecen. El sistema que instalaron jamas consumio sal y a pesar de muchas llamadas jamas logramos que fueran a verificar que pasaba. Pesima atencion al cliente y no cumplen lo que prometen cuando te hacen la venta. No hablo de la calidad de los equipos instalados sino de la atencion al cliente posterior a la venta inicial.

El Peor Servicio de Atención al Cliente jamás visto en EUA. Los términos y condiciones de sus contratos no se cumplen. Tuve problema con la bomba de agua y casi me coge candela la casa pero no la reemplazan, solo le cambian los carbones. El número de teléfono jamás responde. Cuando contrate el servicio compré sal que supuestamente me debían traer a la casa pero el dueño después que le reclame por el problema de la bomba me dijo que tenía que ir personalmente a buscarla, como desquitándose por esto. Estoy doblemente afectada, por el equipo que no sirve y por el mal trato que me han dado.

Worst company ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We were scammed with representatives Giovana. She “explained” whatever she wanted for explain to “her” benefit obviously. We were told the loan it was going to be 12% annual rate. When we received the loan details there was a total showing of $21,000 dollars. Meaning they charge an extra 12 thousand in top of what the value of the package is. We tried to call and contact the company and supposedly the person in charge is never available. We contacted the sales person and never responded back (of course because they took the commission already, so they don’t care anymore). We are collecting and recording every single conversation and emails and will be taking this with lawyers at this point. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from this company. All other bad reviews are there for a reason.
