NON NEGOTIABLE HOME SERVICE -
I’ve tried several duct cleaning services over the years and I never noticed a difference in my household air quality. But I did them anyway because I was sure it was needed. This company went above and beyond what I asked. The best part was that the morning after the entire house was serviced both my husband and I noticed we woke up allergy free and breathing better. I wish I would have done this years ago. Run don’t walk if you have allergies

Outstanding service. My wife was hospitalized and I wanted to get the ducts cleaned before she returned. Not only did they provide a fair price, they went over and beyond expectations. This job included much more than simply cleaning and they did everything in less than 6 hours. They communicated in real time updating me with photos and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I highly recommend Real Duct Cleaning. Rod and Darian were great!

I had severe mold growth in my HVAC blower and through my duct system. I called RDC and Rod came to inspect my issue and quote me on the job they would be able to do. He knew exactly how to approach the mold remediation, without me having to rip out my whole air duct system and deal with a costly replacement. He painted a very thorough picture of their step-by-step process of sanitizing and they even installed a UV Light to shine on my blower and coils at a fraction of the cost that most AC companies were quoting me. Rod was very patient, he answered every question that I had and left a great impression of a trustworthy professional in an industry I was new to as a Canadian having recently moved to Florida (a huge difference in climate and air quality purification due to the humidity). I booked an appointment and Heather, Ana, Darryl, and Monica who all arrived and got to work right away! They did a phenomenal job and I’m very happy!!

These guys are the best... Just want to say that these guys are professional they came out they were here on time they did an excellent job everything that was in the report that was supposed to be done was complete and we thank them again for their professionalism. Heather and Suriel cleaned our ducts, coils and AC unit and they were really incredible. They both were incredibly kind, cared about the work they were doing and our home. When we closed on our house it was disgusting… dog pee everywhere walls haven’t been washed in years and loads of dust around the vents and AC unit. When I tell you they made it new, they made it NEW. You can smell the difference.
Heather also really showed her care for us when she scheduled an additional cleaning of our coils by a specialist to ensure our cleanliness and safety - and had it included in our original cost.
They did stellar work, we’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone and they provided peace of mind of the health of our family and home.

I never write reviews, but in this case I feel it is well deserved. Real Duct Cleaning was recommended to me to handle a mold issue we experienced in our home. When I called them I spoke with Rod and explained what the problem was and he scheduled an appointment for the following day. When he arrived he explained what he would be doing to determine the extent of the problem. He examined the duct work at every vent, he also removed several panels from the air handler.
He told me what my options were. Once that was determined he scheduled to have a full cleaning and treatment of the affected areas. He also recommended installing a UV light at the blower. Several days later Monica and Sidart arrived and began preparing for the removal and cleanup of the mold. They also explained, in detail of what they would be doing. They fully answered any questions I had. I was pleasantly surprised at their professionalism and understanding of what was required to eliminate the problem. The whole process took the entire day. I can’t say enough about the quality of work and how satisfied I am about the work they did.
I am extremely satisfied with Real Duct Cleaning and would highly recommend them if you are experiencing a mold issue. Rod was always available to answer any questions I had and his follow-up on the work performed was exceptional. Thank you to all that took part in the removal and cleanup, it is very much appreciated.

There was so much black soot coming out of my ducks all over my ceiling and around the house, I called real duck cleaning. They came in quickly and did an amazing job, taking down all the vents covers and cleaning all the ducks and both air-conditioning units. Monica and Heather both showed up in the morning and worked continuously in the heat and did an amazing job taken care of our problem. They were very pleasant very clean and took care of the entire situation! next morning I needed a little more work done on my air conditioning on the roof and Compressor in the attic for installing the lamp in the air handler, Devon and Darrell showed up first thing in the morning took care of everything that was needed to be done and again they were very pleasant and took care of everything!
The team was easy to deal with they took care of all my needs. They were very pleasant and understanding and responded very quickly. I have now requested that they come in once a year and do a maintenance to my system to maintain an efficient and healthy running system!
Thank you for the support and making this effort a lot more pleasant to deal with !
