This was my first time experiencing damage to my home that required insurance.

I called Service Masters Tillsonburg and they responded in a timely manner. The project manager Kirk was fantastic! From the time he entered my home he alleviated all my stress. He communicated and explained what he would be doing, what I can expect, and what I could typically expect from
The insurance claim process.

Every member of the crew that came in to do the work were fantastic! The sub contractors were also fantastic! I didn’t have to do anything. The project Manager Kirk coordinated all the workers. This took off a tremendous amount of stress.

Hands down the best service I have received. They care about customer service. It’s important to them that the customer is pleased.

I strongly recommend them if you need restoration services. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

ServiceMaster in Tillsonburg was amazing to deal with. All the staff are very friendly and experienced. They explained everything to me very well and went above and beyond to help me with my water issue and got my home back to normal as fast as they could for Christmas. All the men and women were amazing. I delt with Brandon, who was so helpful. I had Chris do the repairs. He did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster to everyone. I know I would definitely use them again. Thanks to all of them.
