I've had nothing but stellar experiences with Carl, Tyler, and Sight Sound & Security as a whole. I had a large budget for a new home build electing many upgrades. Everything has worked as expected. On the few occasions when the "technology" does fail, SSS is quick to repair it. I would highly recommend this company.

I would like to apologize to Carl for not giving him enough time to respond to me. He has make things good and I was very upset when I didn't immediately get a quick response. The two things I didn't mention is Tyler their service guy is fantastic and the system I have is very nice. Carl is a fair and honest guy with a good team. I should have been more patient and let Carl get back to me.

This is an add on to my previous post. Carl got back to me and Tyler just left my house after fixing and updating the issue. Tyler, the tech is a GENIUS........nothing Tyler can't fix.......a real asset to SSS!! Carl's customer service is great. If you need a sound, security, etc. system I highly recommend SSS. Both Carl and Tyler are stellar! I highly recommend SSS.

I own a local small business (Hickman Trailer) and had an old outdated camera system that didn't do much more than let me watch myself get ripped off. Grainy, pix-elated images are not enough for law enforcement to help you at all. My alarm was very old and had no online features. After taking the plunge to start getting bids I talked to several local installers. Sight sound and security was by far THE BEST. Tyler P. came out and walked my entire facility, listening to my needs and making suggestions to save me money and also better achieve my end goals. Tyler P.......I cant say enough good about this guy. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations. Carl has been very wonderful and even gave me a new alarm system with my cameras. I can now view all my cameras online at home or on my phone. I can arm/disarm my building via my phone or on sight. My wife and daughter have Fobs that allow them to arm/disarm from the safety of their vehicles as well as send a distress signal to police should they feel threatened to/from front door or at any time their at the shop. Features aside, as a company, I would highly suggest you work with them. They were awesome. I see another review here that is not as favorable. Please remember, if in fact what is said is true, it seems to be all alarm companies are this way. I wanted to transfer my home alarm to Sight Sound & Security but was unable to because the people that provide my home alarm, would not unlock their code. I would have had to buy a whole new alarm. I'm very happy I started with Carl because I have no intention to change. That way I don't have to worry about codes being unlocked. The staff I worked with was Carl, Tyler, and Kelly, all top notch genius security guys that will help you sleep at night knowing your livelihood is well protected. Thanks SSS!!!

The guys from Sight Sound and Security (Tyler and Chris) installed our TV with sound bar and a mantle above our fireplace last week. These guys did an amazing job! They actually installed the mantle above our fireplace which wasn't even part of the job they were hired to do... Multiple issues with our wiring, mantle, placement of the TV etc., but they knocked it out in about an hour when it would have literally taken me all day. They were highly recommended to us by a past President of the HBA (Home Builders Association) and they did not disappoint. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to hire Pros that will go the extra mile and get the job done right the first time.

When we built a home in 2013 with Saddletree homes we had a very large budget for home security and AV wiring from Site Sound and Security. Part of the package from our builder was a 2Gig home security and control unit, several modules for controlling lights, a compatible thermostat and one year of monitoring from Sight Sound and Security. Unfortunately after the first year was up Carl the owner of Sight Sound & Security refused to give us access to the unit anymore and will not return calls or emails. Saddletree attempted to have him contact us but pretty much told us to give up. So Saddletree gives you the basic unit and some control modules but unless you continue to pay Sight Sound and Security it's useless as Carl locks out the system with an installer code and won't change it. Buyer beware.

We spent about $40,000 on tech for a new build. Initially we were very impressed with Sight Sound and Security, but since moving in 8 months ago we’ve had various issues. While this is understandable, trying to get someone to come out, or even return a phone call has been frustrating, to say the least. I almost always have to call back after several days to see if I can get someone out. I often hear about how busy they are as an excuse. We have currently been without Wi-Fi (for the second time, unrelated to our Wi-Fi service provider) for over 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for someone to schedule an appointment to come fix it. If I could take back our business I would.

I would give zero stars selling horrible equipment with no customer service. I would not purchase anything from this company. They just make their money and hang you out to dry.

Sight, Sound and Security has top notch technicians that know their stuff. Installations and products are trending and high quality. I highly recommend them if you are in need of an audio or video system.
