I was notified of the change of date or cancellation at 10 o'clock, one hour after the scheduled cleaning at 9 o'clock. I don't know what the deposit means? Users need to pay in advance and notify the change within 48 hours. What about you? You can waste the user's time?

Spic and Span Cleaners are an incredibly accommodating, thorough and professional business. I needed a cleaning team to come to my apartment to clean as I will be leaving Poland in just a couple of days, and so I wanted to make sure and leave it as clean as possible for the landlords so they would have no worries or extra work.

However, I gave Spic and Span rather short notice; the agreement and deposit were only completed this last Wednesday. Still, they were able to help, and the two young ladies that came yesterday were fantastic!! They were hard-working, thorough, dilligent; I could not be happier!!

So, if you find you need a professional cleaner for your home or your work; I highly recommend Spic and Span Cleaners, and the two ladies that actually came to clean my apartment; they truly were great!!

We use them for office cleaning. The service is a bit pricy but you get what you pay for. Everyone in our office is satisfied with the cleaning results. We started booking cleanings with Spic And Span back in 2018. Since then, we have been always assigned the same team which is very convenient. Easy online booking, online payments. Our team is very reliable.

I booked with this company thrice. Each time was great but especially the last one with Mr. Mariusz. Mr. Mariusz is a really kind hearted person. In addition, His working ability is top-notch, pays attention to detail and made the apartment look fantastic.

Already using spic and span services for 2 months for my apartment and i can say with no doubt that they are one of the best services out there.
My regular cleaner does the job perfectly every time with no remarks from my side.
This may sound cheesy but my apartment is always sparkling clean thanks to spic and span!

I am very disappointed for their service because of 2 reasons.

1) i booked 4h but cleaner left after 3h because he said he needs to go (he came 30 mins late and left 30 mins earlier)

2) the quality of the service was quite low and surficial. There are still stains on the floor after he left.

I contacted with company, they kindly offered me someone else but I kindly rejected their offer since I don't feel like having another service from them after this experience.

I contacted Spic and Span via mail. Just a few days later two ladys came to our apartment and cleaned everything we asked for. The cleaning is outstanding and we are more then satisfied. From now on we will be using this cleaning service weekly and we highly recommend them!
