We had both our windows and ducts cleaned by Steam Canada last week. We were really impressed by the service we received from this company. The representatives arrived on time and were very respectful of our home (shoes off at door etc.). The staff was also very kind, politely explaining how they were going to approach the job as they set up their equipment. Most impressive though was the end result. Our windows inside and out were cleaned above expectations including all frames, screens and sills. We could also see the results of the duct cleaning with a very cool before and after view by way of a camera mounted on the cleaning hose. I would highly recommend this company and we will have them back again.

Steam Canada was hired to clean my basement rug and living room furniture. The tech was very professional, showed great pride in his work and assisted in moving a few small furniture items to get the carpet cleaned. The tech was on time, efficient and provided the utmost quality work! I will definitely be calling on Steam Canada again - my duct work is next on the list to be cleaned!

Today, Tuesday, the 4th of February, 2014 I have had an exciting experience with Steam Canada duct cleaning for my house. Luckily, I was able to stay home and watch the Steam Canada's Duct cleaning specialist, Mr. Keith, for the whole operation which took a full four hours of efficient work.

I was impressed with his high caution and carefulness in keeping the carpet clean when he decided to connect the huge duct hoses and pipes all the way from his truck to the main duct in the basement. He was so professional in choosing the best connection point through the nearest basement window.

Keith was so kind in explaining to me about the air duct cleaning steps for both the hot and cold main duct vent and registers. He paid high attention and put great efforts in cleaning each and every register with nice smiles.

I greatly appreciate Steam Canada for their highly efficient work and customer service, and wish the company all the success and prosperity.

I had Steam Canada come into my home to clean my carpets. Their staff worked very efficiently and my carpets came out looking amazing. I had a few stains present and wasn't sure if they where going to be able to remove them, but now a few days later I don't even know where the stains were! I'm a very satisfied customer and will defiantly use there services for my cleaning needs!

Thought I'd try Steam Cananda as they are apart of the BBB. Very expensive and did not do a good job. $180 for 3 bedrooms, 2 sets of stairs and 2 rugs. Double what I paid last year with another company. Didn't move anything and around the baseboards were not done. Took them less then 45min and they were 10 min late. Would not recommend. When I mentioned that the price was very high nothing was done to compensate or reduce the price so I cancelled my duct cleaning with this company. Take care and pride in your work guys.

Might be good at duct cleaning, never used them for that, but steam work is awful. Watch the "WE GUARANTEE ALL WORK TO YOUR SATISFACTION" It's not true.

After they said they couldn't achieve results, we had are work redone by another and the work turned out great so we know the result we were looking for were achievable. When proving this to Steam Canada, I was never rude, I was willing to negotiate a price for their time, but they just stopped talking to me and called Credifax.

I would have given 2 or 3 stars if they were honest and had integrity!

BAD BUSINESS! Unfortunately we will not be using Steam Canada again.

This company was very quick to come out and deal with our flooding problem. Everyone was really personable and very clear from the beginning about what needed to be done to clear up the problem. I really enjoyed how honest they were about everything. This is definitely a company I would call in the future, I would 100% recommend this company to others! Thanks so much for the hard work and dedication to helping our restaurant get back up and running.

service really bad. cost $600
durty cleaned.never passed the fire inspection so that i need find another company clean again and pay another inspection fee for $400.
and complain steam canada. called at leadt 5 times got no reply.
finaly they tiold me cant refound mo.ey. just can give us a discount for next clean .
pay another 600 dollars. and no passed?

this is fire inspector took pics of my roof. steam canada didnt clean. but it shows cleaned on paper work.

finnaly we got resault from steam canada.
the resault took 6 month.

. they said cant do refound my money , and they cant do free clean again. they only can do gimme.disount for.next clean. thats it.
