Just paid someone $140 to literally soak my chair without actually cleaning anything.
My son spilled beef vegetable soup down my lazy boy I cleaned a bunch with my little greeny but thought I’d have a professional do it so I knew it’d be done right (so I thought)
The guy was supposed to call 30 minutes before arriving so I could get home from work… that didn’t happen. My 16 son called me when he got home from school and said he was there and was letting himself in and said he couldn’t wait. When I arrived 10 minutes later he was in the driveway all
Packed up and said he was done. I wanted to check it out before paying him, as soon as I saw the chair it looked the exact same and the day before just now soaking wet. He didn’t do anything so I showed him all the spots he missed so he unpacked and went back down. He called me down and said he couldnt get in the nook and cranny’s because his tool was too big… then what exactly was he planning on cleaning? When I lifted the back flap it was still covered in dog hair…
My husband said just pay him cuz he was getting angry by the end of me telling him all the spots he missed and we didn’t want any trouble. After he left I wiped the chair with a paper towel and it was brown, so I went to town with the little greeny again and feel like I totally wasted $140. Let my lesson be your warning

I have used Steam Canada for 29 years and never been disappointed except for 1 time when they sent a "new" technician. He was very rude and unprofessional. I had to ask him to leave, which he hesitated in doing, but once he was gone I called the company back and the next day they had one of their regular technicians come over and do the job professionally.
I highly recommend Steam Canada for their professionalism and fair market pricing.

Workers were kind and very professional.

Unfortunately the carpet cleaning ruined our carpet. After cleaning with their machine, the carpet was spotted brown where is was not before. Agreeing that the spots were not there before, the redid it three more times.
After re doing it with my home machine I got out a ton of dirty water and dog hair, but it was still stained brown where it wasn’t before and now I have to replace the carpet as it looks terrible and way worse than before cleaning.

Beware that carpet cleaning can ruin your carpet and $200 can end up costing $2000.

If you are looking for a company that consistently does not show up after you have rearranged your restaurant to accommodate a cleaning look no further. Am I complaining because this happened once, no, this was the fifth occasion, unreliable, unprofessional and incompetent. Do not use this company.

I was very impressed with Steam Canada's spot cleaning product. I had stubborn carpet stains from my pets and had tried many different carpet cleaning products and companies. Steam Canada removed even the most stubborn stains. Spot cleaned my microfiber couch like new too!
