This company deserves 1 star. I had ordered carpet through Home Depot. When the installed arrived they began to set up and then said they cannot install tack boards because my concrete was to hard! They left and grabbed glue to adhere the tack boards. I moved all of my furniture out of my rooms and my house was in shambles. I had family coming in. Once the tack board was adhered they said they would be back in 48 hours. I had not place to put my furniture or sleep. I ended staying at a hotel. The gasses coming from the epoxy was pretty bad as well. The 48 hours began on a Thursday which meant I had to wait to Monday. They ended up getting a team out on Saturday after my persistent pressure to finish my job. The crew came out was amazing, knowledgeable and perfectionist. They even stated the nails they were driving in to the concrete were going in fine, and they said the other crew was most likely being lazy. I am now waiting for Home Depot or ISIG to co tact me about compensation for my troubles. I’ll update this review when I here back from them.

Home Depot told us that installation is done within 7 days. We are now in week 3, had an appointment today and they cancelled saying they didn't have the carpet. My daughter is 9 months pregnant, due any day, and we can't finish the nursery because of their ineptitude. Home Depot needs new installers that follow through.

Had installation of vinyl plank and carpet through Home Depot. Carpet is damaged and USIG was supposed to reorder. 2 weeks later, according to Home Depot, this was never done. Luckily Home Depot is giving me some money back because USIG did not fulfil their promise. Also have issues with vinyl installation and they will not contact me back to get it fixed, so stuck with shoddy workmanship. Will NEVER use again.

I would not suggest these installers to my worst enemy, they have rescheduled reschedule multiple times and still have not received my carpet & the are saying it's lost...I find it very hard to believe that home depot supports such poor quality. We requested a refund on our materials to take our business elsewhere.. such a shame.

Stay away from these installers. They did damage to my home and trying to deal with them is terrible. Never return phone calls and keep you on hold forever. Installers were very shady. If I didn't have a gun in the house I wouldn't have let them in. Run!!

Terrible company. My install was for kitchen back splash. They called to schedule and I had to wit 3 weeks. The night before, they called to say the installer had a family emergency and rescheduled for the following week. I missed work anyway because I scheduled other kitchen work to coincide with install.

They were supposed to come today and called yesterday to confirm arrival between 7-9 am. At 8:45 I called them and was told new arrival time was between 8-11am. At 10:35, I called them and was told my installer was finishing the job from the previous day and they would call me in 30 minutes with another installer. It's been 5 hours and no call or installer. Another missed day of work so called Home Depot to get a refund.

Buy your materials there but get your own installer.

Poor quality installers. First they don't show up, then damage all kinds of stuff during installation. The manager has been dodging me for over a week after I sent pictures of damage done, won't return calls either. No idea how Home Depot still has them as their contractors, hopefully that'll change soon.

FirstI'd like to state that the Installer of my carpet was very proffesional. My problems started with the install set up. I was scheduled to have the installation on a Tuesday, but was called and told there was a problem with one of the installers vehicales so they needed to reschedule for the next day. That was accaptable .I Know stuff happens. The next day i received a call informing me that they would be arriving between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm. At 2:30 I received another call to in form me that the installer was running about an hour late. The installer arrived at 5:00 pm by himself and didn't finish till 8:00 pm . So I don't understan why they couldn't send him by himself the first day .UNACCEPTABLE. I missed a total of 8 hours of work and a dinner party for my daughters birthday. Thier represenitive offered me a gift certificate for Home Depot that never arrived. US Installations say I was rude and hung up on them ther for I would not be receiving the gift card. I wouldn't recommend Home Dopot or US Installations to anyone.
