As far as your workers go they were polite and respectful.
But as far as the work performed, not sure if that’s how they were trained but the entire process was substandard.
What was accomplished by placing the broken and worn out vacuum hose in the furnace filter intake alone , while placing a 1/4” air wand in the registers really didn’t accomplish much.. Although they put on a good show , it was a poor effort as a company.
Iv had in the past Ontario Duct Cleaning and Shiptons and both ran larger and more efficient hoses to the two already existing openings in the supply and return plenums and then ran “ air bullets the length of the ducts from every register 4 hrs “ not battery powered shop vacuums.
Like I said to you when I booked , and you said you do a similar job, because that’s why I ask why you were so much cheaper.. now zi know..
That’s why there is no before and after pics of the actual ductwork..( with my compressor and shop vac I can do the same to the furnace blower and exchanger as well as the a/c coil ? I will be removing the accesses tomorrow to see if it’s clean or not ?

We had our ductwork cleaned today by Vacu-Man following an extensive six week top to bottom renovation of our condo townhouse. A lot of the drywall dust and sanding dust and other dirt got into the ductwork. Vacu-Man did an excellent job of removing all the dirt and leaving our ductwork and furnace very clean. Would highly recommend them. Their staff were very friendly and professional.

Joe and Terence were VERY CONSIDERATE and POLITE to deal with. They covered carpeting leading to the furnace room and kept me informed of the steps they were taking. With hardwood vents, Terence was gentle not to brake the vents. Those that had swollen into the open were left and Joe did the best he could with various attached to his wand/vacuum!!

A VERY PLEASANT, albeit LOUD (expected) experience! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND VACU-MAN to all my Friends and Family!!
