Warner’s’ Stellian was very helpful finding us a fridge that would fit in a difficult spot because of a wall and an island that had been put in by previous owners. The delivery crew went above and beyond getting the old fridge out, which had to be lifted completely over top of the island and getting the new fridge in. Would highly recommend!

Time for new washer and dryer and warmer stellian made all of it so very easy! From the sale to the install - an extremely pleasant process. I’m very happy with our sales from Carlos, my interaction with sales manager Megan(because I made a mistake with my order) and Alex and his delivery team! I purchased a SpeedQueen washer and dryer from Warner’s Stellian, and this is probably my fourth or fifth time buying appliances from them…I’ll never shop anywhere else! The sales people are always very knowledgeable on their products and always make good recommendations without pressuring me to buy something I don’t need. I’ve never had someone try to upsell me! I appreciate that experience and it keeps me returning as a customer. I get what I need at a good price without going outside my budget. The delivery and installation teams are always quick and reliable. Once we had a minor problem with the installation of a new dishwasher and they were quick and willing to come and fix!

Warner’s Stellian will always have my business!

My oven went kaput not too long ago and it was old enough that I could not find replacement parts. I went to WS to find a replacement oven and worked with Josh. He was amazing! Really took the time to listen to my needs and what I wanted and offered me many suggestions without being pushy. I ended up purchasing the replacement oven as well as a new refrigerator, which wasn’t a need but a want. Great customer service and both deliveries were on time, the delivery drivers were professional and took great care not to damage anything with the delivery. I would highly recommend WS to all my friends and family. Very professional, great pricing and excellent customer service.

I ordered a range on November 29th that was stocked in the warehouse and my delivery date has been changed 3 times now because they are out of stock. They now tell me that it will be next year before they get it back in stock. This is so frustrating to say the least. Stop telling people you have it in stock and setting up new delivery dates. You deserve no stars. You just keep changing my delivery date and tell me there is nothing you can do. This is the second appliance I have purchased from here and this experience has been awful. I should already have my "stocked in warehouse" appliance. I will never recommend Warner's Stellian and will go out of my way to let people know how they treat customers.

This is our second big purchase at Warner Stellian! We got an LG washer dryer 6 years ago and the service was fantastic! From picking the units out to the delivery everything about it was a great experience!
Presently 2024, we just had to get a new refrigerator upgrade and from the service to picking one out, LG Refrigerator delivery was again fantastic service!

Had a great experience with Michael Tufte (sales). Good knowledge and answered all questions which pointed me to a good purchase. The delivery was also smooth and professional. The two installers were friendly and communicative throughout the delivery. The part of the process I really was impressed with was the how the delivery dates and time were handled. From a 12 hour delivery window to receiving a notice the day before cutting it to a 3 hour timeframe. Then I received the final window the day of, which was a 45 minute gap. That time was even a bit less. Very courteous and smart. We didn’t have to dedicate a whole day to wait for our appliance. Should be a standard for the industry.
