I had a couple of different quotes for getting insulation added to my attic. Not only was Dimensional Contracting the most reasonably priced, but Billy was the quickest to get back to me and the easiest to deal with. When he said he'd call me back, he'd actually call me back, and if I had any questions, he was knowledgeable enough to answer.

The installation was just as smooth as could be. The two gentlemen that came to install it were professional in all regards. Heck, they even early and had the decency to let me know an hour ahead of time when they'd be onsite. Above all, the installation process was smooth, noise free, and clean. They were quick and courteasse and even cleaned up when they were done.

So, all in all, if you need some installation in your attic, give Billy and his team a call, I'm pretty sure you'll be as happy as I am.

It is about today's attic insulation service. I chose this company, mainly due to the good google review and good communication with the supervisor/manager. I have a very comparable quote (a two-grand project with $40 less than this one) with more service, including permanent pest control, attic moisture absorber, blow clear outside soffits, and the project estimated time is about 3.5-4 hours. I didn't change my mind about using this company since I agreed, which I might regret now. The following are the detail.
1) the expected arrival time is 7:30 am, but the actual arrive time is about 8:20am. 10-15 mins is still acceptable, but not 1-hour. Never promise something if you can not make it.
2) No supervision for a two-grand project, the manager didn't show up in the whole process. If I knew this before, I would not choose this one for sure. The quality of service will be compromised a lot without supervision. They don't care the quality of the project, just get the job done as quickly as possible, or even keep some insulation material for themselves. Yes, you never know.
3) No communication and no walkthrough. When I arrived there at 8:30 am, the staff just waved hand, then continued to work like a part of the machine. What's worst, didn't tell me when it had been done. Then just left without a in-time notice. I saw the last message 4 minutes late, they went far away. Even a housekeeping job, the maid will not leave before the walk-through. I visited there twice, the second time is 30 minutes before the job done and half of the material was there still. The manager should tell them to notify the landlord as least 15-30 minutes in advance. Overall, The whole project was done less than 1.5 hour.
4) This part might be not very reliable since the depth marker is very soft. I may not use it in the right way. Someplace is only 12 inches, after adding 10 inches(which we agreed). The original level in that place is only 7 inches, so total should be 17 inches. I hope they will come back to confirm the actual depth. Then I am happy to remove this part.
5) No clean-up after job done. please see a picture attached. I should take one more in the garage, but just forgot.
I can put more detail. However, it is not my business. Here is two cents for future customers. rule#1, always look for three or more quotes if you can; rule#2, focus on the recent google reviews, which is more valuable. A company might provide good service before. After expanding, the story might be different now. Good luck!

I called on a Friday about getting extra insulation blown into my attic. They arrived promptly at 8am on Monday morning. I had 16" of insulation added and they were done before lunch. They did a tidy job and the insulation has already made a different in the run time on my air conditioner.

Billy was responsive and personable when I contacted him about an estimate for blown insulation. My house had no insulation and after they installed the 22" of it, I noticed a difference right away! Josue, (the installer), was very friendly and answered any questions I had. He was thorough and examined all of the access areas, before starting the process. They kept the area very clean! I highly recommend Dimensional Contracting for your insulation needs.

I will say, this process did not disrupt my home life and my three year slept right through all of it!

Getting a new roof always sounded worse to me than getting a root canal. This couldn't have been more the opposite.

We used Dimensional Contracting & Attic Insulation to add insulation to the attic. Got a very prompt response, initial first bid over the phone, and a site visit that week. After the site visit the initial over the phone quote got significantly reduced because there is already a good insulation installed and only some spots needed to be touched up. The installation itself took 4 hours and the contractor left the location spotless.

Dimensional Contracting was able to do our roof timely, and within our price range after another roofer told us that it was too difficult to get green roofing materials. The work was done efficiently, did not disrupt us at all, and looks great! Kudo's to Billy for getting a quality product and doing a fantastic job for us!

First off, Billy is wonderful, he is so easy to worth with and does a great job explaining the process. He responds quickly and is nothing but professional. We added radiant barrier and more insulation and honestly I was hesitant. I just couldn't fathom how adding them would actually save enough money to justify the cost. When I tell you my electricity bills have never been do low in July, August and September! It was a game changer. So not only does my roof look beautiful but I'm not paying out the ears on my electricity anymore! I can't say enough about Dimensional Contracting.
